They don't care about customer Half year ago my 2012 grandvan occasionally had a scratch noise from one of the brakes and was driving me crazy. I went to this dealer in June and ask Half year ago my 2012 grandvan occasionally had a scratch noise from one of the brakes and was driving me crazy. I went to this dealer in June and asked them to check. They didn't find anything and charged me $40. This noise keeps happening and I was getting worried. I went to another shop and they found immediately that the rear back brake had problem, because the brake disk had been burned to color changed. They checked the brake and told me it was the caliper cause the problem. When the caliper getting hot, it cannot work properly. I went back to Woodbine Chrysler dealer in September and asked them to check my car again. I also told them the checking result from another shop. However, after checking, this dealer told me the problem is caused by rust, not caliper. And they blamed me that I didn't do the service package when my car was driven 20,000 kilometers (now is 30,000 kilometers). Woodbine Chrysler dealer told me because it was not the caliper problem, so my warrenty would not cover to replace the brake disk, which has to be replaced because worn too much. I cannot take this result, but they insist I have to pay for the replacement. It was almost $500, not including the caliper. I was very angry. Their mechanical cannot find what happened in my car and they refused to accept the checking result from other shop. They don't want to fix my car using the warrenty. All they care is just money. We had been to the dealership multiple times to test drive various vehicles before we made our decision to purchase the 200C. Lawrence was always patient, answering all our questions, knowing that we have another car from another manufacturer in mind. After we made our final decision, Lawrence and Derek helped us to locate our dream car from another dealership in order to save us a two month waiting time. In addition, they introduced us to the maintenance staff, making us feel welcome. Thank you, Lawrence and Derek! You two really facilitated the process! More

This dealership repalced all their service staff. I have been to this dealer for service for 14 years, Now their service consulant try to up sell me everything. I went there in 2012 for oil change, the s been to this dealer for service for 14 years, Now their service consulant try to up sell me everything. I went there in 2012 for oil change, the service advisor checked my transmission oil, coolant, brake oil, they try to milk me as much as possible. Then they told me that my front brake pad has nothing left. But when I took my car to another mechanic to check, the pad has more than 50% left. Won't go back again. More
Absolutely appalled by the customer service. I bought winter tires here because the gentleman "Dave Collalilo(sp?)" said they store tires for free when you buy tires from them. He failed to mention that it was only that ONE time that they store the tires for free, because when I went in to change my tires a second time, I was charged a $50 storage fee on top of the fee for changing the tires. I was in a rush to leave and did so, but when I got home, I noticed that they had not put on the tire plates and the that I was charged a $50 fee for storing the tires. I called Woodbine Chrysler back the same day and the woman at the service counter said someone would call me back the same day to assist me. Of course, I did not receive a call or any acknowledgement that they had made a mistake. The next day, I had to call again. I asked to speak to a manager and gentleman answered the phone (name was John didn't quite catch the last name) who talked to me as if I was illiterate and that I was the one who made the mistake. He kept reiterating that they didn't have my wheel plates which is why they didn't put them on when in fact they HAD THE PLATES because I had last changed my tires with them! After a long argument, he finally understood that the wheel plates were in storage and acted like he was doing me a favour by saying "we don't have many appointments so I guess you can come in today to get them put on" NO APOLOGY, NO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF MAKING A MISTAKE. Later I find out that this guy wasn't even a manager. I had to speak to the General manager of the place before I could get a refund for the storage of the winter tires and even after such a bad experience, he called it a misunderstanding and dismissed it. Checking on my tires later I noticed that one of the wheel plates has a 1 inch crack in them that I am absolutely was not on there before they put the plates on. I will never be going back here and I suggest you don't either because they are only after one thing and that's your money, once they have that the follow up customer service is pitiable or non-existent. I understand that people make mistakes, my negative feedback for this place is based on the way they handle their mistakes. Hope this helps! More
This place has poor customer and does NOT treat their customers with respect. We went in for a price quote as the ignition of our car won't start properly. They said they will charge us $100 for a diagnostic and a minimum of $500 for service. Since the price wasn't right, we left the dealership. To our surprise, our car wouldn't start and they said that if we don't move the car out of the parking lot, they will charge us rent. They did not offer to help us, and clearly they did not care even though we purchased the car there. I've been through 3 Chrysler's and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealer. I will be complaining to head office about this location since they've ALWAYS given me the worse customer experience possible. This is not the first time I was offered crappy service with employees with attitude. No wonder they went down hill. I will never be purchasing a Chrysler in the future. Will not recommend this place EVER because I only have terrible things to say. More
Took my car in for a warranty repair; they told me that it might not be covered under warranty, and if it wasn't then I would be contacted to pay. They did not reconnect the air cleaner properly; they also did not return my transmission dipstick, going so far as to claim that they noticed it was missing when I was still in the shop (but agreed that they never mentioned it to me).
