Don't pay for the extended warranty or any for that matter I bought a new 2014 caravan form them and it has 140000kms and the motor started having a ticking sound , so I bought it in for them to look at , got I bought a new 2014 caravan form them and it has 140000kms and the motor started having a ticking sound , so I bought it in for them to look at , got a call from Dave the service manager saying that the motor is shot and because my oil changes were not done at the dealership my power train warranty is void , and they could put a rebuild in it for around 8000 plus , they made me sign a paper that if I drive the van off their lot all warranty for the van will be voided. , so please Do Not Buy anything from this dealership as they only want your money , I believe in standing behind products and brands you sell , and they are only it it for themselves, I think that CBC market place should do a program about Warranty Scams done to the public and that Woodbine Chrysler don't care about their customers!! Their "diagnosis" consists of replacing a bunch of parts and charging me $900. It wasn't more than a week later when I started having the same issues; I ended up having to take the vehicle apart to diagnose the problem myself after paying these idiots $900! Here's the kicker, they ended up installing the very obviously broken part back into the vehicle and top top it off, they ended up frying my computer! Service manager was incredibly stubborn and pulled every trick in the book to disclaim responsibility. They ended up agreeing to a partial refund, but I still ended up paying them $400 to do absolutely nothing! And they ended up damaging the computer! More

The vehicle lasted about 4 hours before almost losing TWO tires on the highway. Every single lug nut could be taken off by hand. I was put in a rental car for THREE days while they replaced a wheel studs that had broken and repeated re-balanced the tires. The ride still isn't perfect but it's obvious that they can't be trusted to do a job correctly, and fueling two vehicles on my own dime isn't something I want to do again. Overall I received poor apologese, zero offers to make things right, zero paperwork from service stating that this had even happened and excuses passing the blame on a possible theft attempt as their lot is not secure. Yes they admitted that theft was a problem for weeks before I made my purchase. More
Finally, a Chrysler dealer I can say good things about. I bought my Dodge last September at Peel Chrysler in Mississauga and had a terrible experience. I have since brought it to Durham Dodge in Oshawa and I bought my Dodge last September at Peel Chrysler in Mississauga and had a terrible experience. I have since brought it to Durham Dodge in Oshawa and Brampton Chrysler for repairs under warranty, where I also had bad experiences, especially at Durham Dodge. After reading good reviews about Woodbine Chrysler I figured I'd make the trip and I'm so glad I did. I was beginning to regret getting an extended warranty as I was not looking forward to dealing with Chrysler dealers for years to come. I have only dealt with the service department at Woodbine but I had an amazing experience. They were very friendly and efficient. Julie was a pleasure to deal with and I will continue to travel to Woodbine for all my repairs. More

like a cartoon of a stealership experience so, took my wifes 08 grand caravan sxt in for a recall on the ignition today to woodbine Chrysler in markham ,ontario. this has taken 2 years of argu so, took my wifes 08 grand caravan sxt in for a recall on the ignition today to woodbine Chrysler in markham ,ontario. this has taken 2 years of arguing, haranguing and finally just giving up out of defeat before it finally got done. the service manage there, rick heron, promised to get the recall fixed as soon as parts were available. that was a year ago. he never even had the courtesy to "check in" with me about it. just by fluke I needed some springs for another dodge work van I have, and in calling for them, found out the recall parts were available from the girl on the other end of the phone and had been for some time. so I arranged to have the fobiks and the ignition module replaced today. guess what? got a call saying the recall stuff was all done, and went fine, but they couldn't roll the window up on the van. now isn't that strange? the very first time our window chose to act up was the very morning they were working on it. hmmmm. so when they told me, I just told them to leave it alone and I would be right there. sure enough, when I got there, the windows and the power locks didn't work. imagine how surprised I was! I almost flipped my cap when they told me I would have to pay to have it diagnosed by them (but if it was their error, it would be free). if that's not like asking the fox to guard the henhouse, I don't know what is. I told the service guy, dave colalillo no thanks and took it right down the road to my mechanic. he had a look and said that what its doing is indicative of a module problem. maybe a broken or cracked wire, but highly unlikely as its never done it before. strangely enough when he looked under the dash, there was a connector undone. this connector had nothing to do with the warranty repair, and didnt need to be unplugged for access or some other even accidental reason. strange. not related to the repair that was done, but one in a totally different system. plugged it back in and voila! problem solved. almost like someone purposely unplugged something to simulate a failure in a system. now my mechanic legitimately diagnosed the problem and I fixed it, so I paid him for the work. how much do you suppose the dealer would have charged me to "fix" the problem. I would be willing to bet that the muffler bearings and the headlight fluid would have also needed to be changed. just goes to show you you can't trust a stealership. and don't worry woodbine chrylser, I videotaped all of it - the pickup, my mechanic fixing it, etc in case you find this post libellous. chrysler has really dropped their standards. I have been a loyal dodge customer for years, and bought many dodge trucks, vans and minivans. however, I will never buy a dodge again. their recall system is absurd, their quality has turned to garbage, and their dealership system is so hopelessly crooked, that they are driving themselves out of business. its just so sad for what has been an iconic American brand to be destroyed from within by the ineptness of management and the greed and stupidity of their public face, their dealers. don't deal with woodbine Chrysler and all of the numbskulls I have dealt with there (except a girl named Melissa who I dealt with over the phone and she was a great help and a credit to their business) More
Screwed Me Over On My New Vehicle Purchase!! This is the worst, most unethical dealership I have every dealt with! It's true what some posters say on this site. They DO NOT CARE about the custome This is the worst, most unethical dealership I have every dealt with! It's true what some posters say on this site. They DO NOT CARE about the customer. I will never make a purchase from this dealership. Ever. Period. They screwed me out of my purchase even after I did all the right things to take delivery of it. They do not give a flying f@#** about the customer. I have purchased several vehicles from other dealerships, and have never encountered such a lack of business ethics in any of my previous purchases. More
