I've been waiting 3 months to find out if the paint issue on my jeep is under warranty.....still no answer! go anywhere but here!
Most unethical and crooked dealership I have ever dealt with. Bought a vehicle from them only to discover the KM's had been tampered with . The odometer read 103,000 and in reality it had 160,000 kms'. When I called them for a resolution the owner Steve Longman offered me a measly $1,000 compensation. I ended up losing $5,000 by the time I sold it. DO NOT buy a vehicle from these people. The worst part about the whole ordeal is the owner admitted he suspected one of his employees tampered with KM'S before selling it to me but for some reason he feels he is not responsible even though it was sold at HIS establishment. This dealerships actions amount to nothing less than FRAUD. STAY AWAY.
By far the worst experience I have ever had in my 64 yrs, no respect for their customers, They shafted me on my trade-in and they mocked me for trying to get my best deal and the ironic thing is that they contacted me in the first place. Please do yourself a favour and skip this one. Their reviews say it all. They have absolutely no respect for their customers and only care about themselves . Christopher the Manager should be fired. You can do much better elsewhere.
The service at this place has gone down hill since Dave left. It took them 8 hours to put the scanner on my truck. When its finished no one phones you. I had to call and ask if it was finished yet, Of course the answer is always "its ready to go" as if Im the idiot that hasn't called yet. Told the part would be in 5 days from now. Once again 5 days goes by with no call. So I phone to inquire, behold the part is there, but no one has called me to tell me and to book the truck in. Brought the vehicle in today for the service, sitting in the waiting room with 5 other people waiting to be shuttled and the shuttle has sat there all morning and hasn't moved yet. The girl behind the drive thru service desk caters to a customer who is about third in line to be shuttled. Just very unorganized. its really not that hard. When sitting in the waiting room a girl phoned to ask me where the keys were because they lost them. super unorganized, no one seems to care.
Purchased a 21 grand Cherokee L Transaction was smooth and fair. Tom was accommodating, Chris was helpful with my trade in, Derrick was cooperative with the pricing.
I use to be satisfied with with service on my Chrysler 200 LTD, but last two visits were terrible, I took my car in because I was getting vibrations on my steering wheel, and brake pedal when stopped at light and in park when the air condition is on. was told they had to put it on a diagnostic computer to check for problem, at a cost of $140. dollars, said they need adjust spark plugs to spec, that was put in by my mechanic at other garage incorrectly, and clean the throttle body, reprogram the idle, at another $140. dollars plus tax for a total of $ 316.00 dollars. told me it was fixed, I drove it for two days, and problem of vibration still persists, I brought it back and was told they cant find anything wrong with car, I feel they wasted my time and was ripped off, and they had a bad attitude when I insisted they never fixed my problem, they told me it would cost me more to check further I am not happy with there last service or attitude and have made a formal complaint to Chrysler Canada
