Fair, honest, reliable I bought my 1st brand new car from Wolfe. A 2012 Mazda2. Best car i ever owned for reliability and heart!! Unfortunately, with the arrival of my granddaughter it was too small to accomodate, car seats, strollers, suitcases and the parents. After a year long search I decided the vehicle thst checked off all my 'must haves' wss a 2013 Ford Escape. Darned if i didnt find that perfect car at Wolfe Mazda. The staff at Wolfe' were once again so awesome to deal with and have continued to provide exemplary service, taking ownership for not removing the tinting on the windows and promptly booking me in, arranging a courtesy car and having the tinting removed. Very Impressed with the Prompt and efficient customer service!! More

Didn't fix the problem Took my car in because it was hitting every bump in the road and I couldn't stand being bounced and jarred around. They called me to say all I needed was to have my tires rotated, that they had taken the car out and it had run very smoothly. But they said I needed a major servicing. Thinking the original problem was fixed I said to go ahead. Now I hate getting in and driving my car and I don't have enough money to get it fixed elsewhere. Very disappointed. More

We test drove a few vehicles and settled on a manual transmission. The service through out the whole dealership was friendly and inviting. Jim was quite informative and helpful when my wife and I were toying between the Tech model and what she wanted in a manual transmission. The price difference was peanuts but my wife is a driver and the ability to get into a 6 speed manual transmission in a vehicle that suits our family's needs is amazing. I would recommend this dealership to everyone! More
