WORST, WORST, WORST Service center I've never had a really good visit, but today topped the cake! I was in for a regular visit in September and received an email stating a list of things that were wrong with my 2011 Traverse, 60K (really?!). One thing was covered under warranty and one under extended warranty (good thing I purchased it). The other things I ignored. They would have to order the parts and it would take about 3 weeks. When I picked up the vehicle, nobody knew what was wrong and it took 20 minutes to chase down somebody who could explain the problems. 6 weeks goes by and nothing. So, we call the dealership. Our parts were there, but nobody called to tell us. We booked it in for 7AM, but then got an email saying the appt. was at 10AM. Then it took a whole day for Angela to call us back and confirm we could drop off our vehicle at 7.00. Upon arriving and confirming that the vehicle would still be done by 5.00, we were THEN notified they would need it for at least TWO DAYS. Never once a mention of this prior to today. This is our family vehicle that we rely on, equipped with car seats. It's not easy to just accept another vehicle without being prepared. And to top it off, while this was going on, I went in to request transit tickets for a return trip to the dealership for my husband and I was told that only ONE of us could get tickets - only ONE customer per vehicle. Really? You can't spare the extra $6.30? Hope it was worth it. It was the final straw and you just lost a customer forever for it!! More

They claimed that they would not honor the warranty because I had a supercharger installed. I had the truck towed to another shop to find out the cause was from an improper installation. They used silicone to try and seal machined surfaces that were scored from the last install. The silicone shrunk over time and the bolts became loose which caused it to leak. I would not recommend using this dealership for any service work. They cost me a couple thousand dollars. More

We live an hour from the dealership and they seem to think that when we go in for service and they forget to do something it's no big deal because we can just 'swing by sometime' and let them finish the job. We had an accident with the truck and took it there for repair. It was three weeks before they even started work on it, and a total of almost 8 weeks to get it fixed. Then they forgot to order mud flaps to replace two that were missing. We were told to brin it by and it would only take 'a few minutes' to install them once we were there. We went by and it took an hour and fifty minutes! Two days later we realized they forgot to take the protective plastic skin off the chrome on the flaps so it peeled off up to where the mud flaps are bolted on and was flapping around as we drove. Called them and were told to 'swing by' sometime. Explained yet again that we live an hour away and weren't even offered a five dollar gas card for our troubles. A little over a month after we picked the truck up from being repaired from the accident, I had a back tire blow out so bad it actually bent the rim up. Called because our tires were supposed to be under warranty, and was told that our tire warranty ran out two months ago ( while the truck was IN their body shop for nearly two months) when I mentioned this I was told that the service manager would have to call me back. I called three times again before he finally called me back at closing time on a Friday. I was unable to get to my phone before my voicemail picked up and he left a message that he would get back to me on Monday (not another word). I'm still waiting for a call back and that was two weeks ago. We are so unimpressed with the customer service I wouldn't go back there again. Ever. More

When test driving a new 2014 Chevrolet sonic I noticed a chip out of the dash that should be fixed. I was told it should be able a week. Well in November or December I was contacted - after my fiancé contacted them that I had an apt to get it fixed. I take in my car. I was pretty satisfied that I just had to drop off my keys at the desk and then I got a rental and left. Very easy and since I had to get to work I was pleased with the efficiency. I got a call from the service guy in the middle of the day apologizing but they ordered the wrong part. It would be about another week until the part would be in. Well in January I was contacted that they needed to order the part and the latest it would be in would be January 21 so we could make the apt for that day (keep in mind we are now well over the estimated time). So on January 21 I take my car in as I was running a bit late but the first time I went in it was so efficient I was sure it would be fine. Nope. The girl at the counter who first asked me if I was having service or body work done - I didn't know. She should open up my file and check. Isn't that her job? I know nothing about cars. Apparently it is service but I thought it was body. Anyway she told me I had to go line up and drive my car into one of the car garages which were all full with cars in line. I didn't have to do this the first time so I was confused. When I realized I didn't have time I went back in and asked the girl if I could just leave my car and could someone take care of it she simply told me no. I told her I needed to cancel and she did rebook me for the following week but now we are January 28 and my car is still not fixed! BAD REPORT CARD FOR GSL CITY IN MY BOOKS. Customer service is clearly not important to a company whose customer just bought a brand new vehicle. Won't be buying here again. More

Attended GSL on November 24, 2014 to enquire on and view vehicle. Pick up new 2015 Cadillac ATS4 on November 28, 2014. The people at GSL are exceptionally friendly, honest and upfront to providing the customer will all available manufacturer's rebates and dealer discounts to the purchased vehicle and dealer accessories. The three vehicles we purchased and currently own from the GSL include a 2013 Camaro SS Convertible, 2013 Cadillac CTS4 and now a 2015 Cadillac ATS 4. These vehicles have performed exceptionally well since purchase. The CTS4 and ATS4 are remarkable vehicles that provide a German feel to the vehicle with only regular scheduled servicing to the vehicle as well as minimal servicing costs unlike the German vehicles (Porsche and Audi ownership experience) that we own. Highly recommend dealership for its honest and friendly staff. More

Poor Customer Service and Quality **BEWARE OF GSL BODY SHOP** I took my vehicle in for a simple fender replacement after a pick-up truck backed into my vehicle. When I arrived to pi **BEWARE OF GSL BODY SHOP** I took my vehicle in for a simple fender replacement after a pick-up truck backed into my vehicle. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle, I immediately noticed the gap between the fender and body panels as it was not properly aligned. Furthermore, the impact on the fender from the accident caused the corner of the body panel to be scrapped and GSL did not touch this up with paint. I had to request this of them and I am no body work expert. As I was driving my vehicle home, I noticed that my door panels were not properly installed and that they had damaged my window tint. I took my vehicle back the following day and the body shop manager was very ignorant of my concerns and did not acknowledge or provide an apology for the lack of quality in the repair. I chose GSL due to their proximity to downtown and the fact that they are a dealership, which generally means high prices for higher quality and peace-of-mind. I got the higher prices but no quality, and a headache and additional problems after the repair. Never again will I be visiting this dealership for any of my automobile needs. If they don’t care about you, then why would they care about your vehicle? Thanks GSL for fixing one problem and creating many more! More
