I can understand the frustration that this caused and we are going to do everything possible to get this matter rectified as quickly and hassle free as possible. As far the drop off process is concerned, we find that this is the most effective way for all of our customer’s concerns to be attended to. I can completely appreciate that you had a time constraint, and there are better ways that we could’ve handled that for you at our reception desk. The reason why it is important to meet with our advisors is that there are certain items that need to be signed off on when bringing your vehicle to us for repairs. Due to the privacy act, it is essential that we meet with every customer, every time. Dear Mr. Najmeddine, Thank you for your review. I am writing in response to your concerns in regards to the service you experienced here at the GSL Bodyshop. I apologize in any oversights regarding your fender alignment, touching up the chip on your windsheild pillar, and any other quality related issues you feel we made. Certainly this should have been addressed with you at the time of our initial inspection as well as our quality control inspection at time of pre-delivery back to you. I have discussed this matter with everyone involved to ensure that this does not happen again. In regards to your window tint, please set up an appointment at the tinting facility at your convenience and we will deliver the vehicle to them and have your tint assessed at no cost to you. If you need a vehicle or shuttle servie, we will also provide that to you so that you can get to work and back. We provide you with a lifetime warranty on all body and paint repairs. I would be happy to honour this. I truly apologize if you felt my demeanor was not to your standards of Customer Service.
