I have dealt with Kurt several times at GSL and i wanted to take the time to write this review as Kurt has always taken the time to go above the line of duty for me. I always recommend Patrick as he is fair, honest and does the best to acomadate. Nobody likes to take their vehicle in for servicing and if you can come out un-scathed with a massive bill, people view this a the best to acomadate. I have been bringing my vehicle to GSL for the past two years and have always had great service there. The last time I had my vehicle in for service I was greeted by Kristina. She processed the vehicle fast, efficiently . She made me feel that this was the place to bring my vehicle to and that everything I needed to have done would be completed properly and finished when they said it would be. She made sure to ask me if I needed a shuttle and offered me a coffee and muffin on the house. I was immediately informed when my vehicle was ready by Kristina. I had troubles with my old, tired truck battery a couple of days later. I sent a quick email to Kristina to see if she could help point me in the right direction of who to talk to to have this rectified. She immediately replied and said she could take care or it and got me an appointment the next day. Kristina went over and above to help me that day. Her customer service was absolutey top notch. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle back to GSL. More

Kurt is always very pleasant, accommodating and keeps me informed of work done. He saved me money on a new key fob finding it was still under warranty when I thought it was going to be expensive. I like that they do an overall inspection of the car everytime I bring it in for service. The print out of the status of the car is very helpful. It let's me know that I am safe on the road and what I everytime I bring it in for service. The print out of the status of the car is very helpful. I have a vehicle that has an oil monitor and they appreciate that I will bring it in based on that and don't pressure me to bring it in every 5,000km. However, they have reminded me that for general maintainence it is good to bring it in before my oil gets really low, so I bring it in every 10,000km. More
