I debated having a Hennessey Performance package installed on my CTS-V, after all it's a pretty big step. But after talking with Frank the decision to proceed was easy. He went above and beyond when it came time for the actual upgrade, graciuosly picking my car up at the aiport and then delivering the finished product back there again when I returned. I was referred to ask for Kurt Ireland specifically by a friend who had good experiences with him. I have had direct experience with Mr. Ireland on three occations and found his knowledge (asked questions about bluetooth ability of vehicle,resetting gauges), awareness (I needed my vehicle that afternoon and when the work was going to be extended, I was given an earily call for a rental and when I got my car it had been cleaned). For over a year now he has kept our vehicles running smoothly. Patrick is professional and efficient at all times. He is a good communicator and never hesitates to clarify any mechanical issues that require explanation. Patrick is proactive in his approach to preventative maintenance and has saved our company many costly repairs by drawing attention to the minute defects that require repair before they become major issues. He keeps me well informed of all associated costs before committing to any work. Patrick has good sense of time appreciation, this allows me to schedule my fleet maintenance without undue stoppages in my workflow. More important than all of this is Patrick's attitude towards the job, I don't believe I have ever seen him in bad mood. Even when it's obvious that GSL is extremely busy and things are hectic, Patrick is always friendly, receptive while providing the best service to my vehicles. More

I have been dealing with GSL for many years with our two vehicles, SRX, STS. What made my experience much more gratifying was the acquisition of Patrick Noack in 2010. I had met Patrick when I had my Corve vehicles, SRX, STS. What made my experience much more gratifying was the acquisition of Patrick Noack in 2010. I had met Patrick when I had my Corvette and Wife's Riviera serviced ot Northland Pontiac and Buick. He had a wonderful work ethic and pleased me extremely that I was once again united with a person that I had great experiences with and was comfortable with the communication and results. He really gets involved with your issues. To site one occasion, he had ordered parts for my Wife's STS and was to be forthcoming. It had not shown up beforePatrick had some time off. He called me at home to see if anyone had notified me of arrival, which was no. We had a time sensitive situation whereby we were going on a trip and couild not afford the delay. Patrick worked through his time off dealing personally with the suppliers, ensuring expeditious results. Now that's performance. This is just one of many "going beyond normal duties" that I have experienced with Patrick. The folks at GSL Chev Service are courteous, helpful and informative. Christina Koch regularly telephones with updates while my vehicle is being serviced so that I have an idea of my timing in terms of be informative. Christina is easily reachable, and returns her voice messages as quickly as possible, so that one does not get frustrated looking for updates or answers. GSL is convenient; they offer a super shuttle and pick-up service, and I would not take my GM vehicle anywhere else. More
Recently, I experienced a problem with my 2000 Chev Silverado where on a cold start, the vehicle would idle poorly and want to quit. As I have always had my vehicle serviced at GSL, I made an appointme Silverado where on a cold start, the vehicle would idle poorly and want to quit. As I have always had my vehicle serviced at GSL, I made an appointment to have them try to diagnose and correct the problem. There was no sensors being activated to provide any help in diagnosing. My service advisor was Christina Koch who was extremely helpful in diagnosing the problem. I left the truck with her and in conjunction with the technicians at GSL, we proceeded to test the mass Air Flow sensor and fuel pump. Neither of these were the cause of the problem. Subsequently, with Christina's help, it was arranged to do an Active Fuel Injector Test and a manifold test. However, on starting the vehicle, neither test could be performed as it had started without the problem recurring. The problem continued to be very difficult to diagnose as it did not always recur. I continued to have discussions with Christina, who acted as a liaison with her foreman and service manager in attempts to diagnose the problem. She advised that I was to pay particular attention to any unusual details which could act as clues to the problem. Finally, I noticed that the vehicle seemed to have a fluid leak under the right side of the engine on cold starts when the problem recurred. I had been calling and emailing Christina on a continuous basis and when I told her what I had noticed, she once again immediately had discussions with her foreman. At this point it was concluded that the problem was very likely an air intake leak despite no sensor indication. I scheduled the truck to have the air intake gaskets replaced. After this, the truck started and ran very well. My experience through this entire problem was very positive in dealing with GSL and Christina in particular. My ongoing communications with Christina through this time were always returned promptly and in a very friendly an efficient manner. In my opinion, she went to great lengths during this period in her discussions with the GSL technicians, the service foreman and the service manager in an effort to help me diagnose and correct this problem. In the future, when I have my truck into GSL for service work, I will certainly ask for Christina to be my service advisor. Dealing with her has been a refreshing pleasure and I continue to be grateful to everyone at GSL and Christina in particular. More
