Doug was helpful and accommodating as we hemmed and hawed over what we were looking for and made some very sensible suggestions that were in the ballpark. Ultimately my wife decided what she specifically wanted and Doug was happy to show us a couple of choices that fit the bill near perfectly. He never pressured us or tried to redirect us, but rather listened patiently and let us come tour own decision. It was nice to deal with a salesperson who did not diminish your opinions nor impose his personal preferences. Our experience with Doug was followed by up by a pleasant exchange with Derek, the finance manager. Derek is obviously very good at his job and was able to process our finance needs quickly and as promised. Derek was very helpful in reassuring me about some confusion I had about the financing agreement after the fact. He told me to call him with any questions I may have, I did, he answered them all, again, as promised! Ultimately some past satisfying deals with Chris, the owner, and a convenient location, along with a nice selection of used vehicles is what led me to Winnipeg Kia and everyone involved in the experience helped make it a positive one.
