Room for Improvement Purchased 8 (7 GM 1 KIA) cars over time; this experience rated 8th. Likes - No pressure and enjoyed dealing with sales and financing. Good on price Purchased 8 (7 GM 1 KIA) cars over time; this experience rated 8th. Likes - No pressure and enjoyed dealing with sales and financing. Good on price and very accommodating. Need to improve - Need to pay attention to detail on customer requests and write things down - follow thru. Sloppy paper work - not signed by dealer staff, had to return twice to Autopac for incorrect documents - wasted an hour. Car was not clean, (spent an hour cleaning after pick up) car was likely sitting outside for a while and dirt was evident on inside of doors, trunk and under hood and running board. Cleaning solvent overspray on parts of car, plastic parts in and outside and windows. Mud imbedded in pedals and surrounding carpet. Sales person could not open passenger door from inside during pick up briefing, and had to be let out from outside. Should have noted it and done something. Once home noted same issue when friend could not get out - embarrassing for new car. Noticeable scratch under mirror not picked up during PDI. It's the little things that count. Will see on follow through whether we continue with this dealership. More
