Hello Justin, I am truly sorry that Winnipeg Kia didn't live up to your expectations as I can assure you that this is not the norm. As discussed in our previous emails we have finance professionals to help you in the finance process. All contracts would have been reviewed in person and signed showing that interest accrued during the deferral period. Interest accrues and gets applied to you periodic payment equally during the term of your loan. There are no penalties for early payout, however interest does accrue. As would have been stated on your contract. As discussed in our email, I have a work order that was performed on October 21, 2015 that shows that new rotors were installed on your vehicle. There was also a brake service performed at the same time. I also stated that if there was currently a problem with your brakes that I would gladly make you a service appointment to inspect the issue and deal with it accordingly, which you turned down. I was made aware of this issue by my Business Development Center and started investigating the situation. Although I agree that I would have liked to respond sooner I had to review the information before responding. As emailed the issue with the interest was discussed with management and we were not able to assist in this matter as it was disclosed in the contracts that you reviewed and signed. As disclosed in our previous email we are not able to assist regarding the interest accrued on your loan. However the offer to inspect your brakes and repair if needed still available to you. The "work" that was done on my vehicle was lazy and not what was requested in the original agreement (replace both front rotors not resurface). As I stated in my review, there was still rust on the rotor's hub and the brakes were definitely not serviced (unless you classify "service" as taking out the brake pads and then re-installing them, even if they looked warped). If this was a brand new product, you would expect it to look new and be rust free. Why would I take my car back for service when a simple request like replacing rotors can't be done? Would you go back to a restaurant to eat when they messed up your order or gave you food poisoning? I wouldn't.
