Friendly helpful service I am disappointed in two issues that happened during my dealings with Winnipeg Kia. Second and the most concerning was my bank account which had two withdrawals for the same amount. 1 I did with a debit card at the dealership and one was withdrawn from my account. I know mistakes happen and so far Nicole and yemi have done everything that I have asked them to rectify the situation. very disappointed that nobody offered to compensate me for my time and inconvenience. Not once. I guess having given you 16000 does not mean a whole lot today. I am going to buy an extra key at your dealership maybe a gift card towards the purchase of that will help me get over the disappointment. The experience other than those that I discussed was very professional and friendly and if the banking issue is resolved to my satisfaction I will definitely encourage my family and friends to shop at wpg Kia.
