Not Happy We negotiated the best deal for our car but when 'finishing' the deal with the finance manager, we were purchasing 2 extra protection packages but wer We negotiated the best deal for our car but when 'finishing' the deal with the finance manager, we were purchasing 2 extra protection packages but weren't happy with the finance rate that he was offering. When we mentioned that we thought he could do better & he said no, so we said fine; no extras & we'll pay cash. He then got very abrupt...to the point of being rude...& thought he could re-negotiate the price of the vehicle & when we said that was the agreed upon price, he got up & left. Will NOT be recommending them nor will we be returning for service of any kind. More
