Prompt, Easy going and Stress Free I saw a ad online for the vehicle I was looking for, I had a few minutes to spare so I came in shortly before close. Nobody likes the guy who shows up I saw a ad online for the vehicle I was looking for, I had a few minutes to spare so I came in shortly before close. Nobody likes the guy who shows up as the lights are being turned off (at least I never did!) but Darrell did not seem to mind. He excitedly showed me the vehicle and we arranged a test drive at my convenience. The next day (again shortly before close) when I returned to test drive the vehicle Darrell had a big smile on his face, he was excited to show me some features this specific vehicle had which he had forgotten about (he did not sell many Dodge Caravans at WPG Kia) and was quick to point them out. We spent a little time going over the feature list and looked at the vehicle again (in the daylight this time) and I went on a test drive. After coming to an agreement on the vehicle I was introduced to Derek. Derek is a very upbeat individual, easy to chat with, we chatted a little and then went over the paperwork, very quick and painless process. While warranties were discussed they were not pushed on me like I was used to at other dealerships. I returned again the following day to finalize all the paperwork (I could have waited the previous day for the paperwork to go through but chose to come back). This time Derek was off and so I was introduced to Nicole, Nicole was very easy going as well, we went over the paperwork efficiently, she offered me warranty options (but again did not force them on me) I was out the door within about 10 minutes ready to insure my vehicle. Would buy again! More

Normally I hate car shopping because you're often not listened too and only their agenda is up for discussion. We started out looking for something entirely different but Darrell Pomarenski, our Sales Professional took the time to listen and found us something perfect for our family. He knew his product and knew competitions product well, never pressured, had some solid advice and was out for a good result not just to sell a vehicle. He also did a thorough run through at pick-up and followed up several times with us post-purchase. Darell and the service staff made sure some of the glitches on our demo were dealt with efficiently as well which I appreciated as sometimes when the deal is done the salesperson is not to be found in my past experience. The sales and service work well together at this dealer it seems at first experience. In addition, Nicole Vargas, our Finance Professional was also very helpful. She explained our options for warranty and such very well, she never pressured to upsell and found us a solution that worked very well for our situation, how long we wanted to keep the vehicle, etc. Job well done! Two thumbs up with Kia Winnipeg staff so far and we hope for a long relationship. Quick add-on: very impressed with the product although early days. Value for the quality seems to be very solid offering and has exceeded our expectations in this price point. More

He took the time to answer my questions, and it was like I was with a friend. Then I met Derek, who was really polite and friendly, which made me comfortable of talking about money.
