This review has done exactly that. We sincerely apologise for the recent experience you encountered with our dealership and Nito specifically. It was never our intention to waste anybodies time, especially your own. Sadly, we were mislead by the individual who sold us this vehicle, which caused this situation to occur. This is not an excuse but is the reason why you were told about inaccuracies regarding the vehicles history. Steps were missed in this process which could have avoided this situation and we humbly apologise that the history report was not reviewed earlier in the vehicle purchase process.
