Waste of time! Vince Sundara is a total xxx clown who lacks the basic communications skills to be a customer service advisor. I was setting up an appointment online Vince Sundara is a total xxx clown who lacks the basic communications skills to be a customer service advisor. I was setting up an appointment online for an oil change and Vince responds like this, " I HAVE BOOKED YOU IN FOR MONDAY NIGHT AT 7PM FOR AN OIL AND FILTER CHANGE." He shouts at you in all caps and tell you when you should come in for an appointment, not telling you what is available or asking what time would be best for you. Compare his response to one of his co-workers, "We have received your request for an oil change on July 4th in the evening – we would love to have you in. The times I currently have available are 4pm, 5pm, 6pm, 7pm and 8pm. Please let me know which would work best for you!" Who would you rather deal with? I work with both of these agents to make sure I have an appointment set up for Monday June 27th at 5:30 pm for an oil change. Show up and let Vince know that I would like the Mechanic to check my breaks since they have been squeaking since I bought the car from this dealership in January, under the assumption that new break pads were put on. I wait 45 minutes and then the car is done and Vince produces a bill charging me for an oil change and a free break check. Looks good, pay, leave. Then I get a call the next day from Vince informing me that the Mechanic only checked my breaks but did not perform the oil change that the car was in for! I ask why this happened and he said there was a communication error... one of many. He tells me to bring my car back at my earliest convenience and he will make sure it gets in right away. I show up later that same day at 5:30 pm and Vince isn't there and the shop is closed. I think informing the customer WHEN they can bring in their car, at their earliest convenience, would be vital information to provide. But no, he wastes my time once again, especially since my appointment the previous day was at 5:30 pm and the shop closes at 5:30 pm for the rest of the week, but he didn't bother to tell me that! Seriously what the xxxx is wrong with this place that they can set up an appointment for an oil change, not have the Mechanic provide said service, and then bill you for it anyway! We will see how he deals with this when I bring my car in for a THIRD time on Thursday. I can't believe the incompetence of this shop, they can't even get a simple oil change done. More
Almost scammed by Walt I was in the process of buying a vehicle here. I left a $5000 deposit on it before Winnipeg Kia would saftey the vehicle, fix a noise issue, and fix d I was in the process of buying a vehicle here. I left a $5000 deposit on it before Winnipeg Kia would saftey the vehicle, fix a noise issue, and fix door dents. I made it very clear I would not purchase the vehicle until all issues were fixed. I was called 4 days later saying my vehicle was ready for pickup! Awesome! A safety was done however there were very obvious noises with the drivetrain as soon as I pulled out of the lot, which should not have passed saftey (wheel bearing) The dents were also not addressed but I was told to buy the vehicle now and have the issues fixed later. I asked for my refundable deposit back and waited over an hour hearing different stories. I was told that my $5000 deposit was now not refundable (even though it was made VERY clear that it would be refundable a few days prior when leaving it). I argued, then waited 45 minutes for someone who knew how to use the debit machine to give me my money back... I was warned about this experience from someone using Winnipeg Dodge but I kept an open mind. Stay very far away More
