Thank you for bringing this situation to our attention, Adam. We sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered while dealing with us. This is not the way we wish to conduct business. The reason you were told initially that you would not be receiving a deposit refund is because when leaving a deposit, a document is signed stating it is non-refundable. A deposit becomes refundable once the vehicle being purchased is delivered, or the total can be applied to your financing loan if requested, which is why you would have been told it could be refunded, but only after the vehicle was purchased. The dents that we agreed to remove could not be performed in due time. This is because the body work company we used only had avail-abilities for dent removal 3 weeks in advance. We offered to still have the dent work performed on the vehicle, after you had purchased it, to which you declined. We refunded your deposit in full, even though you did not purchase the vehicle. We apologize for the time it took to process the deposit.
