Sold $20,000 lemon!!!!! We were told there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car when we agreed to purchase. Transmission blew and at first they tried to blame everyone else, but finally claimed responsibility, yet won't fix or exchange for a car that actually works!!!! Keeps trying to upsell to a more expensive car. They also keep passing the buck for someone else to handle. They tell us the owner (#dougseal) and the managers will have a meeting last Saturday and find a resolution. Went in, to talk to them about it, and there was no meeting, and again, they just try to push us off to other people. Round and round we go with no solution. We also were told by several people that they were going to *mickey mouse* the credit application, so we could get this loan. Now stuck with a 20G useless piece of crap that won't work. Stranded without a vehicle to get to work. More
