Upon contacting the dealership via Autotrader we were connect with Roxy Yeung, sales associate. From the outset, Roxy was committed to working with us. During this time, we were speaking with a number of dealerships who we're "hounding" us with relentless sales calls and texts; we were quite annoyed. Roxy on the other hand was quick to set the expectation and respected our time and space as we looked to schedule an appropriate time to visit the dealership. Once at the dealership, Roxy was quick to enthusiastically great us and thank us for following up on scheduling our appointment with him. During the negotiating phase of our purchasing decision, Roxy again exceeded expectations to work with us to arrive at a fantastic price point. It was here that he collaborated with Dan Burstein to solidify our purchase decision. They worked quickly and efficiently together to make the sale. From there, we were directed to the finance department and greeted by Ana Brunning. Again, Ana was swift and efficient in walking us through all of our warranty needs and we arrived a package that suited our preferences. Ana also made all of the arrangement with the MTO for our licensing needs; it was most convenient and saved us from having to run around. A few days later, we arrived back at the dealership to pick up our new car. Again, Roxy joyfully greeted us with a smile and excitement. We completed a few more steps of paper work and he walked us through all of the salients details of the purchase. Ana, spent a few minutes with us and Dan took the time to thank us for our business. We are very aware of service practices with all business' that we frequent and we were highly pleased with the service level at Whiteoak Ford; the exceeded all expectations. One area of feedback that I would recommend would be to have washed car before we test drove it. Your customers are looking to make a large purchase decision and your first experience with the car is a visual one; the cleaner the car more impressive the experience is for your prospective buyers.
