They were very pushy about the warranty and tried to use scare tactics to get us to buy into it- one staff member even told us we had to decide immediately if we were getting the warranty, while another staff member told us we had up until we picked out our vehicle to decide (a week later). They also made a major mistake with our credit check they they didn't catch and was only resolved when my husband and I asked for them to double check things. More

The financial lady Ana wasn’t overly friendly as Judy and as the final person you see for signing for a new car I feel that could be brought to attention. She was a bit opinionated and not overly social. Shaz was one of the nicest car salesman I’ve dealt with for car shopping and it was overall a great experience to have him showing and buying the car from. More

Helpful and friendly staff During my first visit to the dealership I was welcomed by Shaz who provided extensive information and options on the type of car I looking for. I received an appraisal for the current ford I was driving (pretty good offer) and also took the car I was ultimately interested in for a test drive. The displayed customer service during my subsequent visits followed suit. Before making the purchase, I showed up at the dealership 20 minutes before closing time in order to get a second drivers opinion of the car I was looking to buy. Despite the fact closing time was near, Andrew did not sweat it and helped us out. The great price, value of the car and the customer service ultimately lead me to trade in my previous car and upgrade it with a 2015 certified pre-owned Ford Focus. It is driving great and very happy with it. The only thing I'm going to have checked is the installed microphones since apparently people can hear their voices/echo when speaking to me while I'm using the vehicle's bluetooth system. More
