From the moment I made my first call to when I drove out of the dealership behind the wheel of my new vehicle, the experience was a very positive one. A special thanks goes out to Raul and everyone I dealt with: Dan, Ana and Judy, everybody was extremely professional and friendly and the took all the steps necessary and truly went out of their way to make the transaction as smooth as possible under my exceptional circumstances. They answered all my questions, returned all my calls and were very helpful. When I arrived, they even paid my cab ride from the train station in downtown Toronto to the dealership in Mississauga. I couldn't have asked for more and this is truly the best experience I have ever had in any dealership. My case was a perfect example of quality service. Unfortunately, the financing lady was very pushy when trying to get me to purchase the extended service package (7-years!) and gave me attitude when I declined more than once. I do not need to explain why I don't want it, nor do I need to feel uncomfortable because I declined. The judgemental comments were unacceptable. I wasn't looking forward to going back the next week to deal with her, but fortunately there was another lady, who was very nice and answered my questions politely. More
