It took 3 months to finally have my vehicle fixed. Zero customer service. The only positive about dealing with this dealer was the front counter attendant who was friendly, helpful, and who, the poor Zero customer service. Booked an 8am oil change and my winter tyers ( on rims ) put on. I was the first customer in the door at 7.40am and Was keep waiting until 10am. I have owned and driven Ford vehicles my entire life and I can say that this is the worst service I have ever received anywhere. I called this dealer and left messages no less than five times over a weeklon I can say that this is the worst service I have ever received anywhere. I called this dealer and left messages no less than five times over a weeklong period before they even responded to me for an appointment date. I live a couple of hours drive out of town and my vehicle is my only transportation; there are no other options for getting around and although I mentioned that, and the fact that the issue with my vehicle was serious, I was given an appointment date 6 weeks into the future. After finally being able to drop off my vehicle on the appointed date it sat on the lot for 3 days before it was even looked at. When someone finally looked at it and found out the problem, I was told that some parts needed to be ordered and was given another appointment 4 weeks into the future. We are talking about a part that would be available in a couple of days at any other dealership. Remember; this is my only vehicle, it is not safe to drive, and I drive isolated roads. I was seriously considering the purchase of a new vehicle within the next month, and it was going to be another Ford. After the beyond poor service I am receiving I have already made the decision that my next vehicle will definitely not be a Ford. More
