Terrible place to conduct any sort of business with From attempting to buy 6+ vehicles and being told my last 2 times to go to Alberta which I happily did To absolute nightmares on the service end From attempting to buy 6+ vehicles and being told my last 2 times to go to Alberta which I happily did To absolute nightmares on the service end When talking with the owner after being billed for work on a new work van (my Source of income) with 6000km that sat for 6 weeks before being seen and her asking did you buy it from us (like that would determine my level of care I’ll be given) sums them up well Last trip needing to have the service manager come outside after waiting months between appointments to a second failed diagnosis to show the active fluid leak Now I have brake lines dangling due to clips being broken instead of using a proper tool to remove them I’ve had numerous issues with them over the last 12-15 years Seems all there great employees have moved on and there new staff need training More
I had nothing but frustration and aggravation from this business. I purchased parts for my vehicle from Whitehorse Motors on June 4, 2024. After waiting over 3 months for the parts, which I had paid over $ business. I purchased parts for my vehicle from Whitehorse Motors on June 4, 2024. After waiting over 3 months for the parts, which I had paid over $2500, I had to contact them for some answers. After 4 months, they contacted me to schedule an appointment to work on my vehicle. I asked if all the parts were in because I wanted everything to be fixed in one shot, which was very doable and reasonable. They said all the parts were in and it would be ready at the end of the day. I went through considerable effort to get time off work to bring my vehicle in and get someone to pick me up. When I got there, which was only to drop off my keys, I had to wait for about 20 minutes only to find out that they didn’t have all my parts and I would have to bring it in again. I said no and left with my vehicle after making a complaint to the front desk, which went nowhere. I emailed the owner/manager, Tina Woodland, to express my disappointment. I received an apologetic email with no substance. She said they now offer a service to pick up vehicles because of how inconvenient it is to bring your vehicle in for service. Most people only have one vehicle and are stranded without it. They contacted me a couple of weeks ago to schedule another appointment. It was for Oct 30, 2024 at 9am. I was on a job site and had to return to my vehicle to give them the keys. I made it back by 8:55 and had my vehicle running for them when they showed up. At 9:20 I called Whitehorse Motors and explained that I was supposed to have someone here at 9am to pick up my vehicle. I was put on hold. When she returned, she said someone is probably on their way. Probably? Nothing. I called again and they transferred me to voice mail. I called again, this time I was transferred to Stu the service manager. I was upset at this point and made it known. I was already back at the job site by this time. Stu said he would get someone to pick up the keys from me then get my vehicle for service. I said I need it by the end of the day. He promised my vehicle would be ready by the end of the day. I received a call at 2pm from Whitehorse Motors asking me if it would be ok to keep my vehicle overnight. xxx!? These incompetent idiots have definitely lost a customer. They just don’t care at all about their customers. More
Friendly and effective service. I had a few extra requests on top of summer/winter tire switchover, and the service agent made sure they all got taken care of. I made a 9:00am appointment to get my truck’s oil changed approximately 3 weeks prior. I arrived 15 minutes early and waited 4 hours for the work to be done. The mechanic was great.
