I bought a used car at the Whitby Toyota, in January, 2026. Bans, the salesman ,was amazing, for me. He knew my situation, and lifestyle. He helped me find the best fit for me. Jeff the owner, I had a chance to speak with. Jeff will always put the customers needs first. Nobody realized my radio needed repaired. Jeff send someone to my driveway to repair it! I live 1 1/2 hours away! This was over the top customer service. I would highly recommend Whitby Toyota. Bans, is the best salesman, in my opinion. I’m very happy with my new, used car. I know the dealership stands behind what they sell. New and used. You can trust them 100%. This is the dealership I will always choose. I bought my daughter a 2004, Toyota corolla, 10 years ago. It’s still her car she drives. Never had issues with it, except regular maintenance. Her father watched his daughters car. He himself bought a Toyota, because he saw first hand how well they run. Her cars odometer stopped two years ago. At 399,999 klms, Because I bought a used Toyota for my daughter , we all wanted a Toyota!! That’s funny to me, because her grandfather worked at GM, and her Grandmothers at Chrysler. Always being told to support the big 3 auto makers. Everyone now wants a Toyota.
