I took my Toyota in for a scheduled maintenance appointment and had to wait in line for 40 minutes before getting inside. No apologies or explanation. I asked what was the cause and was told that d appointment and had to wait in line for 40 minutes before getting inside. No apologies or explanation. I asked what was the cause and was told that due to the dealership closed the previous week, there were a lot of drop ins and that because I had an appointment, my car would get priority. I feel that given I had an appointment, I should have been given priority getting into the garage rather than wait with the drop ins. They also could have done a better job communicating this as it was very unexpected and unusual. Luckily I didn’t need to get back to the office or I would have abandoned my appointment. More
