2013 WRX needed clutch within weeks of purchase I bought a 2013 WRX in July 2016. First time driving a standard car. Everyone who tried it told me the clutch was incredibly stiff and I should have it looked at immediatly. Brought the car in and they told me I'd need to replace the entire clutch. Within 3 weeks of purchasing the car I was already dropping 1200 dollars on new parts. Thanks for the heads up C and C! More
Two hours to get paperwork from garage to cashier. Battery was installed at 9:30 am. I could tell because the dash clock reset to 12:00 and showed 1:56 when I finally paid and got my keys. So it took one hour and fifty six minutes for the paperwork to go from the garage to the cashier, even though I asked the service advisor twice if my car was ready, after seeing it parked in the lot. His response was, "I haven't seen the paperwork yet". More
Amazing First Car Experience After a full day of car shopping, Subaru was my last stop to test drive the 2016/2017 Forrester. I was greeted by a very friendly salesman, Julian! I was set to purchase a 2016 model but after finding out there was very limited choices, Julian explained all the options to purchase a 2017 model in a way that would best fit my budget. I was impressed but utterly confused as to which car to purchase. Since my work requires me to travel, I was on a very tight timeline to decide, purchase and pick up the car. Julian was amazing on his end and did everything in his power to get me the best deal possible and within the specific timeline I needed to pick up the car. Everything went smoothly and would highly recommend paying a visit to C&C Motors in Whitby and especially to meet Julian! More

I bought a used Forrester here and no one has ever been anything but polite and friendly to me. I'm not saying their service on the cars is good or bad, except that my used Forrester had brand new brakes and tires when I bought it and that I haven't had any major problems. I've had a couple of small problems that they have fixed for free or just the cost of the part while they were changing my tires over for the new season. I store my off season tires there for free, very convenient for me. Subaru is a great vehicle, I wouldn't trade it for anything except for another Subaru, so instead of BASHING the company, why don't you people write a letter of concern to the company and try to help them become better. I want them to stay in business, we need a Subaru dealer in Durham so let's try to help them instead of trying to destroy them with your harsh comments. I think people who leave reviews should be required to leave their real names, some of these comments could be from Toyota people down the road and other cowards who would never speak like that if it wasn't anonymous. I just spoke to Shawn in "service" and he was amazingly polite to me, I normally deal with Derek and he is the same. A different Shawn sold me the vehicle and he was very attentive and took all the time I needed when choosing my purchase, even though his wife was about to have a baby at any moment. He took me on an amazing test drive that definitely convinced me that was the vehicle for me! More

Never satisfied here 2010 STI NEEDED BRAKES. 2500 parts! New problem at 100,000k. Felt like synchromesh not working when cold. New clutch (2k $). Awesome new car purchase I just purchased a new Outback from C&C Motors. After reading a few bad reviews on here I decided to still visit them as they are my local dealer. I I just purchased a new Outback from C&C Motors. After reading a few bad reviews on here I decided to still visit them as they are my local dealer. I was met by the salesman as I walked into the dealership. He was very presentable and extremely informative. He worked with me on price and we were able to make a deal. I don't understand the other reviews that say they are difficult to deal with. When I picked up my car it looked fantastic and the delivery process was very smooth. If you are looking for a Subaru I would suggest this dealership in a heartbeat. Well done C&C Motors!!! More
