Worst Service Ever! If you are thinking of going to this dealership.. .DONT! I received a recall in the mail and called in to book an appointment at this dealership, sinc If you are thinking of going to this dealership.. .DONT! I received a recall in the mail and called in to book an appointment at this dealership, since it is the closest to my house. The woman on the phone took down my recall info and told me they are booking appointments for the following week, so I requested Tuesday. She said come in anytime that day service will take about an hour. I took the morning off work, and got my brother to as well just to take me to have this service done and when I got there they told me the part WASNT in stock and that if I book an appointment they will make sure to set one aside for me. This is the worst customer service I have ever received. I did call to book an appointment and the idiot working there told me to come in no problem. Well thanks for making two of us miss a morning of work for nothing. DO NOT GO HERE!!! More

Really quite a sad experience Work performed was reasonable but I felt unattended to. Perhaps if they had public wifi like other dealerships do, then time would pass reasonably. They didn't even call me by name (only by then name the car is registered to even though I corrected themthree times, made the appointment and introduced myself at the beginning.).
