I referred a friend who purchased a CRV. The car was picked up, but there were mats which were not available and was told will be ready for pick up or shipped the following week. Months later and numerous texts and calls unanswered and still no mats. It is unfortunate. Pete is a good guy to deal with, but something is wrong with communication. It shouldn't take 4+ months for a resolution. I also have a referral credit that still has not been processed by the financial officer. I did not really want to change the review, but it has been frustrating to say the least. Patience lasts only so long. More
