Exceptional Service I wanted to personally take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate the exceptional customer service my parents received from your service I wanted to personally take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate the exceptional customer service my parents received from your service department today! I called the service department last night asking if they would be able to arrange to pick up my dad’s vehicle( he is not well). They advised me that I needed to call in the morning but they were not sure if it could not be done.. to make a long story short I called this morning on behalf of my parents (as they are a little older) and the staff in the service department was very professional and kind. They also informed me that they were not sure if a pick up could be done but would follow up with my parents. In the end they did take care of them and my parents are telling everyone about the act of kindness they received from the dealership. There is a saying that people don’t always remember what you say, but they DO remember how you make them feel.. !
