I called the service department last night asking if they would be able to arrange to pick up my dad’s vehicle( he is not well). They advised me that I needed to call in the morning but they were not sure if it could not be done.. to make a long story short I called this morning on behalf of my parents (as they are a little older) and the staff in the service department was very professional and kind. They also informed me that they were not sure if a pick up could be done but would follow up with my parents. In the end they did take care of them and my parents are telling everyone about the act of kindness they received from the dealership. There is a saying that people don’t always remember what you say, but they DO remember how you make them feel.. ! Mr. John Baird was my sales consultant and Mr. Kyle Thomas was my Business Manager who wrote up my contract/bill. The dealership has always displayed a high degree of professionalism which has brought me back several times. Mr. Baird covered everything imaginable during the delivery proceedure on my 2017 Civic Coupe as there were many new features since my 2013 Civic sedan. His follow up shortly after the sale was really appreciated. He really made me feel like I was important to him and he really knew the product very well. I had to take in my Accord for maintenance and thought we would browse the lot to kill some time. That's when we met Nick Mohr. His friendly demeanor and easy going attitude made us feel very comfortable almost right away. He showed us many options in SUV 's and allowed us to choose the ones we felt were suitable. My wife took a test drive in a CR-V and instantly she was convinced it was the right one for her. Although I had much research online, we have never purchased the same day.
