Victor is not only knowledgeable but comes across as very caring. Not pushy at all and knows his vehicles!! Extremely patient and even returned late after his shift to meet up with my husband and I and made the deal!! I haven’t driven my CX3 much because I can’t get the keys off hubby or daughter. LOL. Let the good times roll!! Thank you Victor and team Mazda!! More
Horrible Service by Sales team! Don't buy a car from here I went in to buy a new car and the sales person was nice at first but didn't want to give me the detailed pricing until I was ready to put a deposit o I went in to buy a new car and the sales person was nice at first but didn't want to give me the detailed pricing until I was ready to put a deposit on it. I had explained that I wanted to know their best price first before deciding if it was the right price for our budget and the right card for our family. After saying that, the sales manager came out trying to pressure me to buy the car on the spot after I told them that I needed to think about it and talk it over. The sales manager there is probably the worse and you can tell where his sales team gets their attitude. The finance manager, Manual, lacked people skills and told me that I needed to buy their warranty because with the technology in their cards, I will need it because repairs will be $1000 to $2000 each time. I went in back in a couple days later to take a look at the car again and look at another vehicle but the first sales person wasn't there. The second salesperson was worse than the first one. Not helpful at all and very poor people skills. Didn't want to bother talking to his manager unless we wanted to put an offer on it that day. That's when I decided that I didn't want to buy a car from this dealership. I asked the salesman how I got my deposit back and he said he didn't know and didn't even go find out. So we left. Jordan, the first salesperson, called me the next morning and was very rude because I had decided not to buy the car. I asked how I get my deposit back and he said he didn't know! So finally called me a few hours later and told me to come to the reception. So when I arrived there to get my deposit, Jordan told me I had to wait until he got my file but thankfully the receptionist was really nice and gave my refund. So don't buy a car there!!!! More
It's a F***** joke If I can give zero stars I would. Mazda is an amazing car and I would've bought one and not even cared for the price. Customer service or sales people are unbelievably unprofessional. Dressed nice! Yes they r. But talking and treating people like u don't care is so stupid. That's number one reason for losing customers. Sales agent should maintain eye contact when talking to someone not looking around and talking to u. And when we were negotiating the price he dropped the monthly price $3 Lol what a f joke. I buy coffee with $4 a day and him giving me $3 off the monthly price just I guess to piss me off. The sales rep goes and talks to his boss and his boss looks like he smelled poo and looks so stressed and doesn't wanna talk. I bet cause sales are dropping isn't it? Then every one goes for a smoke break I'm not kidding when I say everyone but the sales agent helping us. The place is so empty in there and no customers but us. We left so upset and said to my self I will never buy a Mazda just because of their treatment. Went to Honda and guess what. They dropped the price waaaay more than $3 and free mats and sales agent and his boss smiling and bringing us coffee and giving my little daughter colouring book to keep her busy and talking to us like they care and the place at Honda is packed and non of the agents free which shows u how good they are and how good they treat their customers. I bought a more expensive car at Honda than I was planning to get at Mazda dealer and I didn't care just because of the customer service they provided. So dear people in Mazda go take courses at the same place the Honda dealers do. I'm so disappointed from Mazda and I hope someone in their head office sends undercover people to that place to investigate how they do their jobs. More

Our first contact at Whitby Mazda was with the Mr. Manuel Crespo, followed by Paulo Silva who made us feel very welcomed. They were very knowledgeable, friendly and polite. They certainly know their vehicles inside and out. All my question and concerns were addressed promptly and professionally. This is our fourth Mazda purchased from this dealership and certainly wont be my last. The dealership is very well maintained clean and all of their vehicle are well presented. We've had a Mazda 3 GT hatchback, Mazda CX7, Mazda GT tech. and our latest vehicle is a Miata MX-5. The hardest thing in purchasing a Mazda from Whitby Mazda is deciding which model you want. One thing that really stood out for us, was how we felt like one of the Mazda Family after our experience. This was thanks to the atmosphere and professionalism of the two for mentioned employees of Whitby Mazda. Kudos to the two of them. As business owners, customer service is a big deal to us and they definitely have it here. Our sales person Nadiir was amazing to deal with. Unfortunately for us, but fortunate for him, he has now moved on to a better opportunity for his family, but still gave us the service we came to expect when we bought our 2nd car just before he left. The sales manager Paulo was very involved as well which i very much appreciate, as was Manuel their financial manager. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehice. More

So I offered toshake his hand but he refused and called me rude for wanting to leave. I was taken a back at this rude behaviour. I proceed to leave and he yells at me to get the f*** out of his store. Then proceeds to insult my attire. No one deserves to be treated this way. If a sales manager can't deal with a tough negotiation then he doesn't deserve be to have a job. More
