We had a fantastic experience working with Jesse and Paulo. We traded in our old car and they got us a great deal on a new CX5. Jesse took the time to come on a test drive with us and show us all the fe Paulo. We traded in our old car and they got us a great deal on a new CX5. We chose to get an extended warranty and the appearance protection too so we never have to worry about the CX5 as it ages. Fantastic customer service, best deal for any midsize SUV! More

Here is my details review on Whitby Mazda and their customer service, I have been wanting to trade in my mazda fore new cx-5, however before thought o Here is my details review on Whitby Mazda and their customer service, I have been wanting to trade in my mazda fore new cx-5, however before thought of trying their customer service and responsiveness. I have got a recall notification for my mazda 6 2009 and booked an appointed by first week of October 2018, few days after just on the day of my appointment someone called said cancelling my appointment as there is no recall part available and call me back as soon as have the part ready, which I agreed on. 3 weeks passed no updates I called whitby mazda spoke to someone from parts division he could not see any info about the part was requested and told Mazda dealers were not allowed to order the part it must be shipped by Mazda canada and there is no way for me to track except keep calling me back. This didnt sound right to me as I have another part recall done in scarborough at Agincout mazda. So I called Al Mackenzie he asked if the vehicle is drivable which is yes, however I am not comfortable driving it as the crossbar can cause the wheel to run off at any time. He said the part is not being manufactured anymore and Mazda itself doesnt have any equipment to build the part and promised a call back next day, which has been a week now. So, I would never consider whitby mazda for my next vehicle and so it reflects in my feedback. I will look forward to hear back from Whitby Mazda and review my feedback if proper action taken and lack of communication justified. More

Horrible Service department customer service They messed up my oil change 2 out of 3 times. I always bring my own oil as i use Amsoil Full synthetics oil and oil filter. They come in 946ml bott They messed up my oil change 2 out of 3 times. I always bring my own oil as i use Amsoil Full synthetics oil and oil filter. They come in 946ml bottles and my Mazda 6 requires 4.5L the first oil change they under filled with 3.5L only. Second time was fine. 3rd oil change they overfilled by 700ml. So they made a mistake, i called them on it and wanted it fixed which seems reasonable to me (maybe I'm wrong.) then they kicked me out for being a "difficult customer" and they don't make money off of me. During the whole time, voices were not raised as we were simply having a discussion. I could have made a scene but that's not me. I walked out on my own, they yelled some stuff on the way out which i didn't quite hear, which is where i told them to F$#$ off as I'm walking away. I drive 50 000 km's a year. So a lot of oil changes and services will be required on this car. They lost my business. More

When they did call finally ... would not give me a quote they only wanted to sell me a new car... sales person was not forth coming with the quote and finally only said it would be very low... Best 60 grand i never spent... will take my business elsewhere... More
