My service was completed on time and I was very pleased to find that they had washed my car .I would definitely recommend Wheaton Honda for servicing your vehicle. More
Free oil change is a complete ripoff I purchased 2017 Honda Pilot with free oil change for life. But they never tell you that you are obligated to purchase all the extra inspections ever I purchased 2017 Honda Pilot with free oil change for life. But they never tell you that you are obligated to purchase all the extra inspections every time you go for an oil change. You cant refuse or you lose your free life change. Free oil change costs $85 but the mandatory services can run up $350. This is a ripoff. I purchased Mazda CX5 with free oil change for life but never been forced to purchase extra inspections. They offer to do more but its My choice if I want to do it or not. When we purchased the vehicle, free oil change was suppose to be a purchase incentive not a way for Wheaton Honda to Wiesel their way to make more money. This is ridiculous. Never buy a vehicle from Wheaton Honda. Its all about filling their pockets. They don’t care about if consmer can afford it or not. More
Lots of trial and error with no success They can't fix the exact problem with my car's oil leakage. They kept replacing parts, breaking non-faulty parts to get to the part that needs replace They can't fix the exact problem with my car's oil leakage. They kept replacing parts, breaking non-faulty parts to get to the part that needs replacement. These are expensive parts and labor. At the end, the technician still did not get it right. Was advised to change more parts and MAYBE it will fix the leak. Upon completion of the last service, drove 10 km alternator stopped working, taught the diagnosis should have picked that uh? This is Honda not just any shop for crying out load. Don't trust this location for any work more that oil change. More

Over the 10 years, this dealership provides consistent excellent services. Making appointments with them is always easy. They have excellent vehicle drop-off and shuttle service. The waiting area is nice, with great fresh brew on demand coffee and donuts and free WiFi, making it a pleasant stay if you have to wait for your oil change. They give you good advices, never over-selling services you don't need. A few years back, my older Civic had a dangerous engine malfunction while driving. I had it towed to the dealership overnight. I called them first thing in the morning letting them know that it was dropped off. Within an hour they called me back and let me know that the malfunction was due to a defective part that was known to Honda and Honda had just issued a recall days before my engine malfunction. They made it a priority to fix it. Within two days, I got the engine rebuilt and every damage in the engine compartment fixed. That's how you know you get great reliable service from a dealership. Didnt fix anything! Sat there all day! Today I had taken a day off work and brought my vehicle in to replace the lower engine cover assembly again. They had called me (Dec 7) saying my car was ready. I had patently waited all day for my vehicle to be serviced and had made my own ride arrangements for the day to get home because I live in the area. I went in with my friend after he was done work to get my vehicle. He had paid for the parts and services. When we got out we went to double check it and took a look underneath, nothing had changed! We came in the next day "Today" because we picked the car up right before it had closed and couldnt talk to a manager as they had left for the day. Today (Dec 8th) we came in to complain. They brought my car into quick lube and stood there looking at the hole in the bottom of my vehicle. Aaron Fung who had taken my keys originally informed me that they mostly likely switched keys and put it onto someone elses vehicle. So my car sat there for an entire day and someone else had gotten my parts for free and most likely didnt get their own issues fixed and paid for wrong service. I dont understand how you mixed up the keys but still managed to give me the proper paper work and return my keys. This was my first time visiting here for service, oh no wait sorry 3rd time because everytime I came in I need to book another appointment for the same problem and they keep pushing it back. I was told it would only takes a few hours. My friend reccomended that I shouldnt drive around to much as it could cause more damage from ice weighing down the undercover assembly and getting caught underneath my vehicle again. I would not want to pay for more parts, waste any more time! Instead of getting it fixed in 1 day I now have to wait even longer because they have to order the parts once again. They recommended me to come back on tuesday to get the car fixed, hopefully. But that would mean taking time off work again or waiting for my next available date. I need to be able to drive my vehicle without worry. More
