I have purchased two vehicles through Scott Cook at Wheaton in Saskatoon in the last five years. When I purchased a G6 the way Scott handled the negotiations and introduced me to the dealership made me feel like royalty. I thought it was the "new vehicle" glow but it didn't stop there. Every time I was in the dealership for service Scott would stop by to say hello if he saw me in the building. When I was looking to trade in the G6 Scott said he'd like an opportunity to talk to me. I described what I needed in a new vehicle. Scott showed me the Buick Encore - we didn't talk price yet and I told him my color preference if I did look at the Encore. Two months later I called Scott and booked a test drive. Scott stayed after hours and when I arrived the exact color model was ready for me to drive. I was introduced to Peter Wall who handled the paperwork in a friendly, courteous and professional manner. Peter listened to all of my needs in a new car purchase including price. At the end of the day when I came back from my test drive Peter showed me their offer and it was too good to pass. The next day I arrived to pick up my new Encore. Both Scott and Peter greeted me and it's been the same every time I've been in the dealership since. They always have time for a greeting and chat. Relationship is what business is all about from my perspective - that and listening to your customer's needs as well as remembering the details. Kelly in Finance has been wonderful - efficient and friendly - and has helped me out with an oil change payment after hours. I also have to say in the five or plus years I've been dealing with Wheaton, Joey in Service has always been friendly, courteous, efficient and helpful. My concerns are never overlooked. The job is always done and on time with an added bonus of a car wash when time allows. I have recommended Wheaton to a number of people and will continue to do so. The people at Wheaton have even brought my husband around to considering one of their products over his all time favorite. Thanks Wheaton Staff! Always a pleasure! More

Lindsay was upbeat, professional, knowledgable, efficient and took the time to contact me after my initial visit, which made me return to the dealership for a second look. At our second visit Lindsay quickly came to talk with me, he reiterated the details we had discussed previously, he then went over the vehicle with me for a second time, didn't make me feel like I needed to rush to make a decision, was thorough and also reviewed what was provided within the vehicle package chosen. Discussion between us made me realize that I would need to purchase some add-ons, like a box cover, running boards and mud flaps as I wanted to ensure I was protecting my investment. When I returned to actually purchase the vehicle, he met me at the door, shook my hand, made me feel like I was a valued customer. I felt he worked for me to ensure that I got the best price possible. Which I really appreciated. And the best for me....was Lindsay took an hour and half of his time to sit in the truck with me and review all my "how to and what does this do" questions. I felt a bit overwehlmed as all the changes from my 2006 GMC were quite amazing! Lindsay also said you can come back any time with questions and I will show you how to! RJ was the closing part of this deal. RJ reviewed the purchase price to ensure that I understood all elements of the deal, and did his best to try and convince me to become a customer of Wheaton. As I was debating between a dealership 1 hour away from my City. It was RJ's discussion with me that made me re-think my decision to purchase a vehicle at another dealership. After my second visit, there was no quesiton in my mind that with Lindsay's and RJ's knowledge and experience I was in good hands, and they will be there for me if I need them in the future, There was no question in my mind that Wheaton was the best dealership for me!! Job well done, guy's. Wheaton is friendly, has great customer service and made me feel like this is where I beleonged!!! More

We met Peter Wall and was immediately greeted with a welcome to the dealership and a friendly smile , after talking to him and letting him know what we were interested in we were very impressed in his knowledge of the products .. We are very happy with the peter and I am sure anyone wanting to find a great vehicle would benefit from talking with Peter Wall . I was in a car accident and needed to replace my car. My husband went in and talked to Peter Wall. My husband has dealt with Peter many times in the past and he trusted Peter to help us. We told him what we wanted and he found exactly the car I had hoped for. He got it from Manitoba. Our serviced was great. We received a $1000.00 loyalty discount and it was around Christmas and we also got a $500.00 holiday bonus. Awesome. I never expected any of this. Peter assisted me in getting information needed to SGI for my claim. He kept me up to date on what was happening at all times. I also got a discount on the protector package I put on my car. Whenever I went to the dealership, I was always greeted quickly and friendly. Peter always returned my call right away. When I picked up my car, Peter gave me a tour around the dealership. He went over all the features with the car for me. I had a Buick 2012 Verano but it was nice to go over everything because some things I couldn't remember how to use. Plus this car has quite a few new features. Then to top it all off he put gas in the car for me. I know if I have any questions, I can call Peter for help. Thanks Peter for all your help! Great Job. In dealing with Peter we found him to be very easy to deal with. He was very forthcoming and was willing to answer all our questions or if he couldn't he got an answer.
