My husband and I had the opportunity to work with RJ on our search for a new vehicle. We were shopping for a new Cadillac SRX when we first talked to RJ. He followed up each email or phone call as we were not from the city. RJ is a guy who truly does care about your purchase and will follow up with you to make sure that everything is going ok with you on your purchase, I was able to make a vehicle purchase with him during a week that I was in Calgary for training, we completed most of the details testing on our phones, I was so impressed that he was comfortable to do this as it is a great way to complete details such as options, pricing etc., the headache of calling him and getting a receptionist and him calling back and you missing his call etc. are all eliminated with this, he would get back to you in minutes of you sending a text. I cannot recommend a better salesman at Wheaton Saskatoon for a vehicle purchase than RJ. I love my new Sierra Denali that I purchased from him and when I go back for a visit all of the staff come to say hello and genuinely care that after the sale everything is good with you. Had an overall very good experience with Wheaton GM buying our new GMC Terrain. However the original Finance person was unprofessional. He sat in front of us not making eye contact, chewing gum, giving buying our new GMC Terrain. However the original Finance person was unprofessional. He sat in front of us not making eye contact, chewing gum, giving us incorrect information and overall had an unpleasant disposition. He did not handle the financing properly and almost lost us the deal. Thanks to the manager Scott and the other finance person Robin (and of course our fantastic sales man RJ Johnson) they managed to correct the mistakes he made. Walking away we felt that the overall Wheaton team took great care of us and went the extra mile to put us into our new vehicle. Thank you to everyone for their hard work and exceptional customer service, especially RJ who was without a doubt the best sales person I have ever met! More
