Mitch Aichele was a very friendly and helpful salesman, and the used sales manager was also very helpful in doing what he could to meet our stipulated requirements. The dealership was also very helpful in attending to some service issues with the car that became evident within the first 30 days of purchasing the vehicle. The only issue was having to return to the service centre for repair of a couple of problems that had been inadequately attended to in our previous visit. I have been dealing with Wheaton since 1997. The most recent was the purchase of a 2014 Acadia from Peter Wall. Peter was extremely helpful as we made a determination on which vehicle we liked . We decide to order a new Acadia and the process began. Peter kept us informed right up until arrival in December 2013. This new vehicle was amazing with all the new technology. Peter spent several hours over the course of days to familiarize us with the new Acadia. We often had a problem understanding the infotainment equipment and we would go back for his help. He would drop what he was doing and come to our rescue. I am and have been very satisfied with the service at Wheaton and a special thanks to Peter for his calm and understanding demeanor when we needed assistance understanding our new vehicle. More

It's been 12 years since I bought a car so I was a little nervous but that went away thanks to the great staff!
