I have been dealing with Wheaton since 1997. The most recent was the purchase of a 2014 Acadia from Peter Wall. Peter was extremely helpful as we made a determination on which vehicle we liked . We decide to order a new Acadia and the process began. Peter kept us informed right up until arrival in December 2013. This new vehicle was amazing with all the new technology. Peter spent several hours over the course of days to familiarize us with the new Acadia. We often had a problem understanding the infotainment equipment and we would go back for his help. He would drop what he was doing and come to our rescue. I am and have been very satisfied with the service at Wheaton and a special thanks to Peter for his calm and understanding demeanor when we needed assistance understanding our new vehicle. More

My overall experience purchasing a new truck at Wheaton was excellent. Peter Wall was very accommodating in taking the time to build the truck I wanted. 2nd vehicle purchased at this dealership. bought suv when it was filthy and took for test drive. made deal and returned next day for vehicle pickup. noticed some road rash (was demonstrator) on front facia o it was filthy and took for test drive. made deal and returned next day for vehicle pickup. noticed some road rash (was demonstrator) on front facia of vehicle. informed sales staff that I was not happy. they went over and above with sales manager,general manager, and my salesman to make deal right. I left that dealership very happy and satisfied. they are extremely customer oriented and I do believe they are only satisfied if customer is. will buy my next vehicle here, and recommend to all looking for gm/buick/caddy. It's been 12 years since I bought a car so I was a little nervous but that went away thanks to the great staff! Even though I showed up for a test drive right when they were closing, Mitch Aichele too little nervous but that went away thanks to the great staff!
