Great new car buying experiance ! First off I have to say I have never been big on the whole car buying experience, the haggling, the numbers games etc. However I was pleasantly surpri First off I have to say I have never been big on the whole car buying experience, the haggling, the numbers games etc. However I was pleasantly surprised when I met Jamie, I let him know my apprehensions and right away he treated me with respect and dignity, he said he would be straight up with me and work to get me the absolute best deal he could. Jamie got me a decent value for my trade in as well and worked hard to make me happy with the end deal, throughout the whole process Jamie always made me feel like I was his only customer, he was always on task from our first meeting to the delivery of the car. I would recommend anyone looking for a new Honda to seek out Jamie ! When it came to signing all the paper work I met an individual by the name of Alisha Van Den Beld, normally this is the other part that makes me apprehensive as they try to sell you all the extras, window tint etc. I have to say Alisha did what she has to through her role by explaining all the benefit's and features of each option being polite and non-aggressive, when I was not interested or declined a certain item she was respectful to my wish, she made this last phase a pleasurable and efficient process. They're unprofessional and don't appreciate your time We bought a new Accord a few weeks ago. It took forever as the salesperson kept us waiting for hours and kept running around dealing with others at th We bought a new Accord a few weeks ago. It took forever as the salesperson kept us waiting for hours and kept running around dealing with others at the same time, but we said, fine, she's busy. But then we wanted to have our original Honda cargo hooks and net to be removed from our trade in vehicle (another Accord), and the salesperson promised they were going to be installed in the new car by the time we go in for the pick up. Since then we had to go back 3 times already to make it happen. First they didn't have the screw, later they didn't have the tool. Finally we were told to go back today for half an hour to finish the installation of the net (the hooks were installed when we were there for the 2nd time). Instead of 30 minutes, it took 3 hours. We had other issues as well with the car, like poor seat heating (which was diagnosed by their service department on our 2nd appointment) and bluetooth speaker setup - we went back another 3 times at least but the problems are just partially fixed. Today they wanted to order the seat heating parts, we said don't bother, we go elsewhere. Terrible customer service, and they will treat you as a second class customer afterwards if you negotiate the price of your new car: actually we were told that the accessory installation was only a goodwill to make the deal happen, and how we dare asking them to buy a new set after we negotiated a good price. We said we had no intentions to want it for free, and frankly they offered to remove the old set from the previous car... Also, makes no sense why they didn't try to sell accessories to us at all BEFORE we sign the deal? Their answer was: no one ever wanted to buy accessories here so why we bother... Well, we won't bother coming back here either! Oh and they wanted us to give 100% positive feedback about them for Honda Canada. Absolutely! More

Lynn was very polite, knowable, and made us feel like valued long time customers even though it was our first time to Westwood Honda. It was a pleasure dealing with her and all the other staff at the dealership. The management was very professional and transparent in regards to their sales practices which helped us feel assured we were being treated fairly. Also their after sales service was excellent, they went above and beyond to take care of us, even personally dropping off my garage remote which I accidentally left in one of their courtesy cars. I would high recommend Lynn to anyone and I will be coming back soon for my next car purchase. Thank you Westwood Honda! More

WAS SOLD A USED CAR WITH A BROKEN TRANSMISSION Before even thinking about buying a used car here, get a private assessment of the vehicle done. We recently bought a Nissan Rouge from here and a few days later, when I had got the car up to higher speeds of 90km/hr, we heard a very loud high pitched whistling noise. The dashboard display also said 'service needed'. Mechanics then told me that the transmission needed replacing. We would not have bought this car if we knew that the transmission was broken. Westwood Honda is not meeting their 'Honda Certified Used Car standards' which they proudly state on their website. The 'exhaustive 150-point mechanical and appearance inspection' missed something incredibly crucial, that this car's transmission did not work. Beware of buying a used car here. I would not have bought the car if I had known that the transmission needed replacing. More
Lack of customer service and appreciation. And hidden fees! Let me start off by saying that I've been to other Honda dealerships before to service my vehicle. But not at Westwood Honda. My appointment was at 1pm and I didn't get out of there until 3pm. I was told that the oil change and the "multipoint inspection" would take approximately 1 and half hour. And I would be contacted at the lounge once my vehicle is ready. Looking at the tv screen in the lounge where it shows service updates, my vehicle should be ready by 2:25pm. It was 3pm and no status update, and no car. So I walked up to the service desk for status, only to find out that my car has been ready for a while, and nobody even bothered contacting me. I get it, they're busy. But so am I! And there is more. I was charged a $5 "miscellaneous fee" which I was never charged before at destination Honda - where I had my car serviced previously. On top of the 2 plus hours of waiting, they didn't even bothered giving my a car a wash. Where a complementary car wash is a common courtesy in other dealerships. I will be bringing my car to a different location for my next service even if I have to drive a little further. More
