Amy was great but... We knew exactly what we wanted when we arrived at McFadden Honda in Lethbridge AB. We met Amy Cronquist in the parking lot and she was able to show us the vehicle we wanted to try out. We took out FIAT 500 C lounge out for a LONG test drive and Loved it! We decided to Talk Numbers with Amy. Amy had to pas this info onto MILO someone, her boss I presume as MILO never came out of his office to introduce himself to us throughout our visit. When our offer was presented to MILO, we then had to play the Oldest Car buying TRICK ever, that the price had ALREADY been reduced and that we were getting their best offer. Nope, We left, and within a few minutes our cell rang and yes, please come back and make a deal. My ratings for Honda Sales persons are as follows: Nickolas Gavreseas Nick was the first person we met at McFadden Honda. Nick graciously directed us to the Used Sales area...and made us feel very welcome. Amy Cronquist: Amy was GREAT to deal with. Amy was warm, personable and made the purchase of our FIAT a great experience. Milo Holthe: Who? Oh yes, this was the person whom Amy had to run the numbers with , who never stepped out of his office to say hello, or say Thank You for purchasing your vehicle from McFadden Honda. REALLY??? Milo was sitting on the the steps when we pulled up to" Make the Deal," as we approached, he left without a greeting, and went into his office, and again, never came out. Leslie Paradee: Leslie, in finance, was efficient, got the job done, though, I wondered how long she has been doing this job for as I feel that she has lost a personal touch and was rather cold. She seemed to me like " Get the cash and move on." Overall, would I recommend purchasing a vehicle through McFadden Honda? Maybe purchasing a New vehicle would be different from purchasing Used??? Other than Amy, I would personally have no desire to return or refer someone to this department. More

By the time the ball was rolling and it came time to meet Greg Flom and his team at McFadden Honda I was expecting top-notch service. However, the service I received from them was twice as good as I had hoped! Greg guided me along every step of the way through the paperwork process, all while getting to know me on a personal level. Felt great to be able to handle business yet at the same time, talk sports and hobbies etc! Leslie Paradee was another amazing person to work with. She handled all the financial paperwork with me and never broke her smile! A welcoming personality and very professional above everything! And the day of the delivery of the car, I met Nikolas Gavreseas. This guy was great. Young guy like myself, he took me through a step-by-step tour of the car while having a fun time doing so! It was great to be able to have a casual feel to the demonstrations.
