Greg Flom, General Manager of McFadden Honda in Lethbridge made the experience effortless, as he went well above and beyond what I would expect from any dealer. Having done most of my research on the internet ahead of time, I had an idea what I was looking for. Fresh out of bankruptcy, I had spoken to Greg on the phone about financing options, and he was confident of his ability to get me into a new car. Living in Calgary without a car made it challenging to get to Lethbridge during business hours. At first opportunity, I stopped in at the dealership after hours and Greg came in to meet me, take a couple cars out, and go over the numbers for what was possible. I was treated as a friend throughout the process rather than a customer, and it was clear that he cared about me having the right car instead of trying to push any sale through so he could get back home. We reached an agreement on a 2016 Civic Touring model around 11 PM on a Thursday night. Without signing anything, we shook hands and the deal was done. Greg honored everything he promised with our handshake, and we discussed how I would come down from Calgary to pick up the car. As it turned out, Greg had plans to be in Calgary on the following Tuesday, where he picked me up and brought me to Lethbridge. Paperwork was ready when we arrived, which is the first point I had signed anything, then he took me to the registries to get a plate. We returned to the dealership where the car was ready and waiting. I was introduced to the Service Manager, Bob, who was easy to relate to, and various other members of the McFadden Honda team. We then had a salesperson, Renee, walk me through all the details of the car, as all the computerized function of this car is a bit more than I am used to. The Civic Touring model is a treat on its’ own, but Greg and his team are what made the overall experience a total breeze. My introduction to their service department was through Bob Fretts who continually surpasses expectations. One day as we were heading out of town, I had a concern with my car and called the dealership. Bob asked if I could swing by so he could have a look. He ended up squeezing me in and fixing my issue on the spot. I normally receive mediocre service, at best, at most places in town, but this is one place where I'm continually impressed with the level of service. It is a level of service so good that you will be surprised (as it doesn't happen very often these days). Aaron and Ryan are also excellent! More

Nothing about the sale was pressured or rushed. There was no "If you don't buy this car today, it will be gone because there are other people looking at it." So that was nice. My new vehicle is everything I could have asked for and more. Great price. The only thing I didn't like was the finance lady. She was snobby and stand-off like. She said she would get the paperwork together and she didn't. But overall a great experience. No trouble with the paper work. Everything was made so easy. More
