By the time the ball was rolling and it came time to meet Greg Flom and his team at McFadden Honda I was expecting top-notch service. However, the service I received from them was twice as good as I had hoped! Greg guided me along every step of the way through the paperwork process, all while getting to know me on a personal level. Felt great to be able to handle business yet at the same time, talk sports and hobbies etc! Leslie Paradee was another amazing person to work with. She handled all the financial paperwork with me and never broke her smile! A welcoming personality and very professional above everything! And the day of the delivery of the car, I met Nikolas Gavreseas. This guy was great. Young guy like myself, he took me through a step-by-step tour of the car while having a fun time doing so! It was great to be able to have a casual feel to the demonstrations. Above all, I can't thank Greg and his crew enough for how hard working they are, and just how pleasant and hard working they are every day. Greg Flom, General Manager of McFadden Honda in Lethb I will be sure to share my experience with others in purchasing a new car from McFadden Honda. Greg Flom, General Manager of McFadden Honda in Lethbridge made the experience effortless, as he went well above and beyond what I would expect from any dealer. Having done most of my research on the internet ahead of time, I had an idea what I was looking for. Fresh out of bankruptcy, I had spoken to Greg on the phone about financing options, and he was confident of his ability to get me into a new car. Living in Calgary without a car made it challenging to get to Lethbridge during business hours. At first opportunity, I stopped in at the dealership after hours and Greg came in to meet me, take a couple cars out, and go over the numbers for what was possible. I was treated as a friend throughout the process rather than a customer, and it was clear that he cared about me having the right car instead of trying to push any sale through so he could get back home. We reached an agreement on a 2016 Civic Touring model around 11 PM on a Thursday night. Without signing anything, we shook hands and the deal was done. Greg honored everything he promised with our handshake, and we discussed how I would come down from Calgary to pick up the car. As it turned out, Greg had plans to be in Calgary on the following Tuesday, where he picked me up and brought me to Lethbridge. Paperwork was ready when we arrived, which is the first point I had signed anything, then he took me to the registries to get a plate. We returned to the dealership where the car was ready and waiting. I was introduced to the Service Manager, Bob, who was easy to relate to, and various other members of the McFadden Honda team. We then had a salesperson, Renee, walk me through all the details of the car, as all the computerized function of this car is a bit more than I am used to. The Civic Touring model is a treat on its’ own, but Greg and his team are what made the overall experience a total breeze.
