Fraud and taking advantage of customer's trust Terrible service. Tried to commit fraud. Went in for an oil change. They came out to tell me that my belts needed replacement and so did my air filter Terrible service. Tried to commit fraud. Went in for an oil change. They came out to tell me that my belts needed replacement and so did my air filters because they were all black. I told them I changed both those within a month. "Oh I'll go talk to the mechanic". When he came back he told me "Well the belts aren't Mazda so we didn't know (translation they didn't check) and the filters, well we didn't really check, we just assumed because of the car's millage (translation they didn't check)". So basically they wanted to charge me 300$ for "repairs" I absolutely did not need!! Beware!! More

I picked up my car half an hour before close and was half way home an The whole service team from management to techs to service advisors are amazing! I picked up my car half an hour before close and was half way home and realized I forgot to give them my wheel centre caps for my winter tire rims, so I called the dealership and Service department was closed, but Sales was open, so the receptionist said she would get someone to call me back. Within a minute, Niki Figliano, the General Manager called me back, and was kind enough to invite me back right away so he could check it out. I told him it wasn't urgent, but would be appreciated if we can get them on that day because I live 30 minutes from the dealership. He put them on and I was on my way! The car ran better than ever and I can honestly say after having owned Mazda's since 2005 and always servicing at dealerships, this is THE BEST SERVICE DEPARTMENT! I don't know why I didn't come here sooner! Nidal gives you honest, straight up answers and amazing advice. THANK YOU SO MUCH AGAIN GUYS! More
Get a second opinion ! I took my car to Mazda last week for a annual service ($300). I was called by the service technician during the service, in which he informed me I nee I took my car to Mazda last week for a annual service ($300). I was called by the service technician during the service, in which he informed me I needed a list of things done: All 4 new tires, brake fluid flush, new rear brake pads, dust boots, wheel alignment, rear windshield wiper repaired. These items were placed on my receipt, as I couldn't remember everything he said. No tire tread wear numbers were given to me but I needed to replace all 4 tires at 64, 000 km. I took my vehicle to KIPLING TIRE for a second opinion, as I suspected Mazda was not being honest. I NEED NOTHING DONE TO MY VEHICLE. My 4 new tires ? I can easily last another season. Brakes looked amazing. What dust boots (quoted $170 to replace at Mazda) all were intact and in good condition ! Rear brakes - what said the mechanic, they are sparkling and in good condition (he showed me). Mazda quoted me approximately $800 plus tax not including 4 new tires .... you guys are what give dealerships the rip off name !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Disappointed. More
