Niki and Shahzad were quick to respond to any requests that we had and treated us with the upmost respect. Shahzad was very informative and made picking up our new cars a great experience. He walked us through everything and even gave us a gift basket to congratulate us on our purchases. I would definitely recommend Westowne to anyone who is looking for a great car and amazing service. A refreshing change and a very positive experience I have been driving Hondas for many years and dealing with the same Honda dealership. My initial plan was to buy another Honda at the same Honda deale I have been driving Hondas for many years and dealing with the same Honda dealership. My initial plan was to buy another Honda at the same Honda dealership. But I happened to accompany a friend to Westowne Mazda and was impressed with the cars in the show room and the Mazda vehicles my friend and her sister had bought from Westowne Mazda. But what was even more impressive was that the founder and owner of Westowne Mazda was mingling with customers and chatted to me for quite a while. I was impressed that he is so customer-focussed that he did this. This made a very big impression on me because I have had experiences elsewhere where I couldn't even get to speak to the Service Manager when I had a problem that the service department was not resolving. My friend also told me that the owner's sons are active in the business and are similarly customer-focussed. That day I also met Shahzad Alvi the Assistant Sales Manager who impressed me with his honesty and his quite low key approach. This appealed to me because I get totally switched off by high pressure sales tactics. So I decided to buy a 2018 Mazda 3 GS and to buy it from Westowne Mazda even though it is 33 kilometres from my home and there is another Mazda dealer only 3 kilometres from my home. I picked up my new car today.. Shahzad Alvi took plenty of time to explain all the features to me. The General Manager came to meet me and gave me a lovely basket full of a big selection of delicious goodies to eat. This was a nice touch and something I had never experienced elsewhere. Another nice touch was a full tank of gas. My first impressions of my new Mazda are very positive. My dealings with the people at Westowne Mazda to date make me feel confident that I am dealing with excellent customer-focussed people who will be a pleasure to deal with and will resolve any issues in the unlikely event I have any problems with my Mazda. I look forward to being an ongoing customer of Westowne Mazda. More

WARNING!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! WORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!! Everyone writing the reviews MUST be working at the dealership because the service is actual GARBAGE. My Fiance and I bought our brand new 2015 Mazd Everyone writing the reviews MUST be working at the dealership because the service is actual GARBAGE. My Fiance and I bought our brand new 2015 Mazda 3 from Shahzad Alvi and came back one month later for some sort of maintenance and he had ALREADY forgotten who we were when we went to say hi. One year later, both our smart clickers stop working. So we call into Westowne Mazda to see when we are able to come in and why our smart clickers stopped working after one year. (We couldn't even unlock our doors so had to do it the manual way and had SO MUCH trouble turning the car on every day). Shahzad, of course STILL doesn't remember who we are, even though we tell him we bought the car FROM HIM. We also asked Shahzad over the phone to get the fee waived for replacing the batteries in our smart clickers because its only been one year. (Side note: my father owns a Toyota that he's had for over 10 years and only needed to change his clicker once so far). Shahzad rudely tells us that it's OUR problem and that he WILL NOT do anything accommodate it. A few days later my Fiance finally gets time to go into Westowne to replace the batteries and it takes less than 5 minutes to do and low and behold he gets billed for it. My Fiance of course says he does not want to pay for it because it's only been one year. Some sort of mechanic/technician at Westowne ACTUALLY TRIED TO HOLD MY FIANCE HOSTAGE BY NOT LETTING HIM LEAVE THE DEALERSHIP. This man blocked the door with his body so my Fiance was unable to leave. They get into a heated argument and tells the receptionist to call Niki (The General Manager). The receptionist explains the situation to Niki and IMMEDIATELY tells the mechanic that my Fiance can leave. I am appalled by the actions of this mechanic who actually had the audacity to block the door so that my Fiance could not leave the building. Thank you to Niki who had some common sense to let my Fiance leave. So now anytime we need any maintenance work done on our car, we go to a different dealership because the god awful staff that work here think they own the world. More
New customer so far so good! Leased my first Mazda and the process was fast and professional. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. 2 weeks into my lease I had a screw in my tire, Leased my first Mazda and the process was fast and professional. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. 2 weeks into my lease I had a screw in my tire, took it to the service centre and it was repaired in 45 min. Recommend getting the tire gaurd warranty!
