Hiding truth, poor service, no promise 1. The dealer did not inform us that they did not have the car key until we were about to drive away. This is significant to be clarify.They didn’t le 1. If I knew and agreed, I would have accepted it, however, this is truth that they hide the fact that they didn’t have the key until the end. 2. When we got the car, it was not cleaned at all, not at all. We had to clean the Prius ourselves, such us vacuum. I was expecting to buy a clean car, instead of a dirty car. 3. We only drive the car for less than a week, and we had to book an appointment with service because the engine light on, and water temperature warning flashing. According to Jim Pattison Toyota Victoria, it was an emergency and serious problem that needs to be deal with right away. I do need to come put of my way and spend more time and a lot of money (thousand) to repair the car that I bought a week ago. Due to these reasons, I doubt The Westminister Toyota’s sincerity to this business. The service, the attitude, and the experience. Toyota has a outstanding reputation, I am not sure if I believe anymore. After this purchase experience and the attitude to the Toyota, this is not impressive. I believe if these things happen to any customers, they wouldn’t be happy, neither. More
