Full of lies. The worst experience in my life. I been dealing with Honda before and I never had to deal with lies. My husband do car share so we were very eager to The worst experience in my life. They offered us to do trade in for our 2017 iM Toyota Corolla. Unfortunately we had to deal with Mr. Kartik. I don’t know if it would have been someone else our experience could have been different. He was full of lies. From the very beginning I was not able to build trust with him. I was so disappointed when he told us the trade in value for our car. He said this car is not fit for road we have to give it to the wholesale means who can use the parts out of this car. Being an innocent customer we thought there might be something wrong with our car that we don’t know. trade in allowance is 6683$ for the same car they have listed for 17998$ after we traded in on Thursday Feb 17th 2022. Mr. Kartik convinced us with his lies that our car doesn’t have market value. they can steep so low with lies. We went back to get answer for the lies. Mr. Kartik was off and we were told that it is listed but they are waiting on parts. If wholesale will give them less price they have to sell it with the loss. “Wholesale haven’t contacted them yet”.I said we were told that this is definitely going to wholesale who can sell parts because our car was not fit for road. On website all the features of our car is explained in detail as if it is all ready to sell. Mr. Kartik called us after an hour on our way home and mentioned that “even wholesaler has returned your car because he can’t get anything out of this car”. According to Mr. Kartik his boss was unhappy with him that he traded in our car that is worth of nothing. I swear we bought this car with about 72k mileage and sold at about 96k mileage. Never been for repairs other than oil change. I am so frustrated that I haven’t even seated in our new car yet. Please find someone else if you are trading in your car. I do not recommend Westminster Toyota. I have to go to different Toyota dealership for my car service now. I do not want to see them again.
