Awesome Vehicle, sales team, actually a pleasant experience I contacted the dealership the moment the new '16 Maxima hit the ground! It is a vehicle that literally takes your breath away the first time you see I contacted the dealership the moment the new '16 Maxima hit the ground! It is a vehicle that literally takes your breath away the first time you see one. It is the sportiest sedan that I have ever driven.....let alone seen. It's not a true sports car like me 370Z but it would be very difficult to put more sportiness in any luxury sedan. In my opinion no other vehicle in the under 50K category comes close to the Maxima. It's fun to drive, yet it's loaded with every luxury and safety features you can imagine. I've actually recorded over 40 miles per gallon. . Jordan was my first contact at the dealership long before the vehicle arrived and we spent the better part of an hour discussing the merits of the new model and once the vehicle hit the ground we were actually able to do the entire negotiation process over the phone! They were most reasonable with the negotiated sales price as well Since I took possession of the car, just as every great sales person should, Jason has contacted me no less than three times to ensure both the car and myself were doing well . I have a lengthy history of purchases , from West End Nissan and I keep coming back for the welcoming atmosphere and great service! Thanks again Jordan!! More

Excellent buying experience! I was looking to upgrade my 10 year old X-Trail that I had previously purchased at West End Nissan and was shopping on line for a new vehicle. I found the Rogue and it had everything I was looking for. I called the dealership they asked me to come in and I purchased my new vehicle that day. I asked them to "make me fall in love" with the vehicle and Nathan, my salesman did exactly that. He explained all features he ran through them with me and he was more than pleasant to deal with. I was debating between three different makes and even though I was clear I was comparing, I never felt like Nathan wasn't helpful at all or understanding I needed to find the best product for me. Eventually I settled on the rogue and when it came time for delivery everyone was attentive. They found a problem with the paint on the vehicle I had chosen and went out of their way to have a new vehicle brought in from another dealership for me. Great experience, would definitely recommend west end Nissan to others. More
