Awesome Vehicle, sales team, actually a pleasant experience I contacted the dealership the moment the new '16 Maxima hit the ground! It is a vehicle that literally takes your breath away the first time you see I contacted the dealership the moment the new '16 Maxima hit the ground! It is a vehicle that literally takes your breath away the first time you see one. It is the sportiest sedan that I have ever driven.....let alone seen. It's not a true sports car like me 370Z but it would be very difficult to put more sportiness in any luxury sedan. In my opinion no other vehicle in the under 50K category comes close to the Maxima. It's fun to drive, yet it's loaded with every luxury and safety features you can imagine. I've actually recorded over 40 miles per gallon. . Jordan was my first contact at the dealership long before the vehicle arrived and we spent the better part of an hour discussing the merits of the new model and once the vehicle hit the ground we were actually able to do the entire negotiation process over the phone! They were most reasonable with the negotiated sales price as well Since I took possession of the car, just as every great sales person should, Jason has contacted me no less than three times to ensure both the car and myself were doing well . Eventually I settled on the rogue and when it came time for delivery everyone was attentive. They found a problem with the paint on the vehicle I had chosen and went out of their way to have a new vehicle brought in from another dealership for me. Second new Rogue in last 5 years. Will not go anywhere else I took our 2010 Nissan Rogue in for a service and thought it would be timely to check out the new rides. My wife drives this car most of the time and I took our 2010 Nissan Rogue in for a service and thought it would be timely to check out the new rides. My wife drives this car most of the time and it had very low KM on it for a 2010. I met up with Nathan to review new vehicles. He spent a lot of time showing me the new Rogues and the Miranos. I went home and talked with my wife. She decided to come in with me soon after and Nathan went through it all a second time. He did this all with superb professionalism and a happy smile. My wife chose the 2015 Rogue and the negotiations began. Nathan handled all this very well and in the end a deal was made to make both parties happy with the results. The finance details were handled by Chad with all this being a very easy process. I also am very pleased with the overall service and support provided by all departments at West End Nissan. This is our second new car from West End Nissan and I continue to be very impressed with the entire sales and service experiences. Good job guys. More
