Normally you're at a dealership for hours on end but they really set forth a no BS, good deal up front with minimal back and forth. Jordan was friendly, very helpful and genuinely interested in working with us to get us into the best deal possible for us. We walked away happy and under the budget. Plus he's pretty easy on the eyes, meow. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family! Great place to go if you want to get into a new ride without being jerked around. More

Aside from the mix up on your financial end of our original deal in purchasing our 2015 The majority of our experience with your dealership was great. Aside from the mix up on your financial end of our original deal in purchasing our 2015 Titan where a deal was signed at a stated price that included a starter, warranty etc. and was later addressed as a screw up in your financial branch. This led myself and my spouse to be very unsatisfied and left without a vehicle with a new baby. We did sign a new deal, with a substantially different payment because we loved the truck & as I stated before were left without a second vehicle with a new baby. Customer service during our service visit in early January was phenomenal. For future reference if a mix up such as ours was to happen again, I can say the future customer would greatly appreciate a review of the deal BEFORE initial signing and agreement. More

"Fell through the cracks" That was what I was told when the Service Center fail to call me to let me know if the parts for my 2015 Pathfinder was in. I would think that after purchasing a brand new vehicle that had small scratches that they would be more helpful in getting these issues fixed; however the service department not only ordered the wrong parts but they kept making excuses for not having the parts in on a timely basis. It took over 3 weeks for me to get the vehicle finally fixed and had to drop it off and pick up multiple times. To be fair they did have a loaner ready for me each time but it would not have been necessary had they done the job right the first time. More
