Service I just did change oil and asked to check my heating as there was a changes but I do believe that the coolant. I took my car and told me that its just the engine idle they even told me that they did my tire where in I checked before and after but it wasn’t maybe because i told them not to do the major check that cost 600$$$? Before buying car make sure to understand the package in regards to warranty for change oil etc. cuz it’s not true. More

I didn't have to worry with Edmonton West End Nissan. Not only did they meet and beat competitor pricing but they went above and beyond to make sure my mother felt respected, taken care of and happy with her purchase. They went beyond and above expectations gently explaining everything to my mother so that she felt comfortable with her new car. Even my father, who is rarely impressed with car dealerships said that he would purchase his next vehicle through this store. Thank you very much for such an easy and pleasant experience. I know my mother will love her new car and I can rest knowing we got an amazing deal for someone on a fixed income. More

Extremely frustrating experience Put a deposit down for a 2017 Pathfinder with a deal all ready to go just to receive a phone call later stating the car is not available. But was nice enough to try and get me a different color which I accepted. Again another phone call comes late in the evening to let me know, once again that the car is not available... what was the point of trying to make a deal and putting down a deposit to hold the vehicle then??!?!?! Nice to see that when you show intent to purchase and put something on hold, it doesn't actually mean anything here .. More
