Poor service at service counter Team at Service counters never smile or greet any of the clients. They should realize the people come their are their clients for years as well as the Team at Service counters never smile or greet any of the clients. Even you stand in front of the counter for more than 10 minutes, they never acknowledge you, just keep working on their own stuff no matter they are not busy. Seems they are adopting the government style of working and wasting everyone's time and theirs. I used to be a Toyota fan for years and bought few from this dealership and stopped buying Toyota or from this dealership forever. They need to be professional and honest at financing department as well as improve teh quality of service at service department. More

My first contact was with Hannah Weller an internet sales coordinator, I was actually surprised how smooth this process did work. There was lots of email and texts that went back and forth trying to get the numbers and right vehicle. Hannah was not pushy and was professional in all aspects of the deal. In the end I didn't buy a truck because the payment didn't work. I would definitely work with her again if I need a vehicle. I have been bringing my vehicles to the service department since 2009 and Chris Keller the service manager is great. All the service advisers are good to deal with too. More

Fabulous service I had problem with my tires and sensor, my original dealer didn't do anything for me, kept saying it is okay.
