Refuse to fix or even look at electrical issue Bought a 2016 Tacoma a year back and have now experanced an intermittent electrical problem. Lights shut off, turn signals stop working and once ever Bought a 2016 Tacoma a year back and have now experanced an intermittent electrical problem. Lights shut off, turn signals stop working and once every light on the dash was blinking like a turn signal after starting it. Because the issue is intermittent the service department won't even look at it unless they can reproduce the issue. They won't even open the hood or hook it up for a diagnostic. Service Manager Chris Keller said he'd "loose money" and kept asking me where they should start looking (his attempt at being smart). Called the sales person and he said he would call me back, but it was just so he could hang up and hide. If lights randomly go out on a new vehicle how safe do you think driving at night is? More

the best Harry pon is my sales person and this time he went beyond the call of duty. He set up the purchase of my new car so that all I had to do was drive to Edmonton, sign the papers and drive away with everything in the car set up and ready for my enjoyment. He take the time to know me and what I like and need.
