Good experience I called Andy when I was out of town working. He was able to hold the vehicle I was interested in until I was able to come and see it. Always a charge for something in the service department On Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017, we had to bring our RAV fir a scheduled appointment because of an oil leak, which was to be covered under warranty. Our s On Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017, we had to bring our RAV fir a scheduled appointment because of an oil leak, which was to be covered under warranty. Our service advisor was very friendly and helpful. When booking the appointment my wife asked if there would be any extra charges, and told no. The service advisor called yesterday to say the vehicle was ready to go. All seems good. When my wife went to pick up the car today, she was told of a $125.00 charge for a wheel alignment. Nobody called us about that, or suggested it may be required as a part of the work being done. If Toyota knows that this is a part of the service required to complete the repair, they should be up front about it. Especially if they have to do it because of a warranty issue. Please understand this is not about the $125.00, it's about the surprise when you go to pick your vehicle up. More
