Wanted Mayfield Toyota to diagnose check Engine light on my car, Service team and service manager were giving could be, would be, might be reasons instead of diagnosing the root cause. When asked how many c my car, Service team and service manager were giving could be, would be, might be reasons instead of diagnosing the root cause. When asked how many could be and would be issues I should spend money for, Service manager was rude and wanted me to pay for several hours of labor to rip the engine apart and diagnose. When car was with Mayfield for more than 2 weeks, asked to email detailed diagnostic report, no email received after several phone calls and follow-ups. When I denied to pay as the root cause was never identified, service manager threatened to keep my car and asked me to reach out to Toyota Canada to mediate. In Short, go to mayfield Toyota if you want to waste your money, effort and time. More
