I love the blu-link feature. I admire and thank Pia Liberty for her very sweet way of dealing with clients , and for her honesty and knowledge about what she’s doing. I had a conversation with the manager, and had to go the route of I have bought two cars and had friend buy there too... in order to get him to do the extra and that is why it's a 4 instead of a 5. But the 4 truly comes from Al the sales representative who drove to my car and tried to fix it. Then he stayed at the dealership until 9:30 pm to ensure my car was towed and parked for repair the next day and I had someone to take my keys and information for the people in the morning. Thank you to the manager for rethinking the assist and Alan for being a true Customer Service orientated person. And thank you to Jessica who answered the call and all of my questions. More

Miracle worker I only know Pia from FB, I finally met her in person just today and I referred my friend to Pia but she (my friend) didn’t know that she had low credi I only know Pia from FB, I finally met her in person just today and I referred my friend to Pia but she (my friend) didn’t know that she had low credit score. So she (Pia) worked her magic hands to talk to the bank and got my friend a new car with low interest rate. We’re just waiting to get the car squeaky cleaned before handing her the keys. If we didn’t visit Pia, we would not have known her (friend) credit history. We are Ten thousand folds of being grateful to her and the dealership. We dealt with Alan and to our surprise he was nothing like a car dealer we expected one to be. He was nice, detailed, respectful, not pushy but clear on the company business. He respected out offers and communicated them with his Manager Ocean. In a very respectful way we met on an offer that worked for both parties. When we came to pick up our car, we were welcomed as we just came to buy a car and not already made a deal. Ray the Financial Manager, also showed respect to our business and we walked out with a very pleasant feeling and happy with our purchase. Maryna and Ocean immediately gave us a host of suggestions and let us painstakingly go through each option to double check if they fit our needs. Even after we decided on a model, they gave us a variety of options, new and used, to choose from. We ended up with a great deal on a new Elantra GT (in my wife's favorite color!). Meena walked us through finances and additional warranty options and gave some great advice with absolutely zero pressure. The entire staff also was very welcoming when it came to our daughter (under a year old)! Between holding her when we were checking stuff out, giving her a balloon and interacting with her to keep happy it was a great time for our little one too! More
