Maryna and Ocean immediately gave us a host of suggestions and let us painstakingly go through each option to double check if they fit our needs. Even after we decided on a model, they gave us a variety of options, new and used, to choose from. We ended up with a great deal on a new Elantra GT (in my wife's favorite color!). Meena walked us through finances and additional warranty options and gave some great advice with absolutely zero pressure. The entire staff also was very welcoming when it came to our daughter (under a year old)! Between holding her when we were checking stuff out, giving her a balloon and interacting with her to keep happy it was a great time for our little one too! More

Josh was extremely knowledgeable on the Hyundai product line and the models and features of the cooperative brands. He took the time to explain the features that changed by model year and directed us to a 2013 Sante Fe that was perfect for our needs and budget. The whole experience was low pressure and comfortable from start to finish. A problem with the remote start was noted to us before we completed the deal and fixed before delivery. And on the service side, there was a leaking valve cover gasket that was fixed immediately once it was discovered. A great car buying experience from a dealership that really appears to care about the customer. More

We had brought a 2013 Elantra which has served us well over the last few years. At that time we were introduced to Alan Sugiyama who belongs to the Sales department. Alan provided us with amazing customer service at that time so we reached out to him again when looking to trade in our Elantra for another vehicle. We live farther out in rural Alberta now and were considering the Tucson or the Santa Fe. I contacted Alan directly and explained what we were looking for. We set up an appointment and he brought in vehicle models for us to look at and test drive. We loved the 2018 Tucson after test driving it an decided to purchase it. The staff were very welcoming to my wife, son and I. Alan yet again has provided great customer service and helped us work out the details of the vehicle. From there we were introduced to Ray Tarrabain in Finance who was incredibly respectful of our time and even kept our son occupied with drawing and toys while we were sorting out the finances. This was a huge help to us as parents as our son was getting tired. Ray helped break down the finances and made the entire process easy for us. Everyone at West Edmonton Hyundai was very welcoming and even brought a balloon for our son to play with. The Sales Manager, Ocean, also brought out a toy for our son while we were sorting out the details of the vehicle. Yet again we have felt very supported through the sales and finance process and are really happy with the price and features. Over the last 6 years the Service department has been great to us too. I want to highlight how transparent, friendly and knowledgeable Alan is. If you are looking for a new vehicle then I recommend you ask to set up an appointment with him. He informed me on technology I was really unaware of. Being a single mom, I did not need a pushy salesman, I needed someone with knowledge, understanding, and compassion to ensure I was getting the best deal, and that I understood my options, and actually provided me with options. I had a few quotes, for different makes, and model years, and once I fell in love with a product, he assisted me in getting my preferred colour, and style. He was there with me when it came in, walking me through all the features, and was genuinely happy for me, and my purchase. Not just a salesman, but a true caring part of this experience. More

(i.e. Ray Tarrabain) who was helpful with offerings yet allowed me to make my own decisions on options, to the many years of experience with service (i.e. Jeff or Sarah) they’ve been helpful and positive. Even approached the principal (Dwayne) who was quick to respond to some comments.
