service department not good i have a free oil change plan to WESt EDmoNTOn HyuNdai and i have a hyundai sonata 2013 for about 39k km now and just had a oil changed done to them J i have a free oil change plan to WESt EDmoNTOn HyuNdai and i have a hyundai sonata 2013 for about 39k km now and just had a oil changed done to them JAnuary reading on my dash 38k km that time and as i trust them i did not check the oil they put on the car so i drove the car until i notice a strange sound for few days and i look into the oil it is black,, so i phone West EDmonton Hyundai to change my oil they say they cannot change my oil for free because i did not reach 44k yet, so they saying that wait until your car's engine stops driving and bring it!!! its happening again Last time i just recently drove the car for a day and the oil is very dirty and there was a strange sound to the engine like this so i open the hodd and check the oil same thing it is black, i can imagine for one day!! black oil! so i am disappointed they were not true to their service as they say before when i get the car free oil change for life, but it looks like they helping your car break easily and oil change is one of the basic maintanance of the car like this,, what a disappointment and they use very low quality of oil! More

I had a conversation with the manager, and had to go the route of I have bought two cars and had friend buy there too... in order to get him to do the extra and that is why it's a 4 instead of a 5. But the 4 truly comes from Al the sales representative who drove to my car and tried to fix it. Then he stayed at the dealership until 9:30 pm to ensure my car was towed and parked for repair the next day and I had someone to take my keys and information for the people in the morning. Thank you to the manager for rethinking the assist and Alan for being a true Customer Service orientated person. And thank you to Jessica who answered the call and all of my questions. More

So she (Pia) worked her magic hands to talk to the bank and got my friend a new car with low interest rate. We’re just waiting to get the car squeaky cleaned before handing her the keys. If we didn’t visit Pia, we would not have known her (friend) credit history. We are Ten thousand folds of being grateful to her and the dealership. We dealt with Alan and to our surprise he was nothing like a car dealer we expected one to be. He was nice, detailed, respectful, not pushy but clear on the company business. He respected out offers and communicated them with his Manager Ocean. In a very respectful way we met on an offer that worked for both parties. When we came to pick up our car, we were welcomed as we just came to buy a car and not already made a deal. Ray the Financial Manager, also showed respect to our business and we walked out with a very pleasant feeling and happy with our purchase.
